Who can enter?
Only Australian residents who:
(a) are aged 18 or over; and
(b) if they win the major prize, can take their prize during the 2023 Wallabies or Wallaroos home and away season.
Who can't enter?
Directors, officers, management, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of:
(a) the Promoter; and
(b) the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this competition.
Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Where will the competition run?
The competition will run in participating Ampol service stations which are displaying promotional material (Outlets) in Australia. For the avoidance of doubt, online purchases, including via third party delivery services, are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
Qualifying Purchase
Any CADBURY chocolate product (excluding ice-cream products, cake products and bakery products).
Entry instructions
To enter, you must, during the Competition Period:
(a) make a Qualifying Purchase from an Outlet and collect your itemised purchase receipt; and
(b) visit the Website, locate the entry page and fill out and submit the online entry form, including by answering in 25 words or less ”how you cheer and show support for your team", uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt and providing all other requested information.
Your purchase receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must be/comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period before you submitted your entry).
The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry, including having the requisite photograph capability.
How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen?
This is a game of skill. A judging panel appointed by the Promoter will review each valid entry and will judge the entries based on creativity and originality to determine the winners. Chance plays no part in how the winners will be selected.
Daily minor prizes
The valid entry judged to be the best from the entries received in respect of each day of the Competition Period will win a daily minor prize. In the event that no valid entries are received in respect of a day during the Competition Period, the relevant daily minor prize will roll over to the following day. In that case, the two valid entries judged to be the best from the entries received on the day after no entries were received, will win a daily minor prize. If there are consecutive days with no entries, minor prizes will accumulate to the next day entries are received to ensure that all prizes are awarded.
Weekly minor prizes
The valid entry judged to be the best from the entries received in respect of each Wednesday to Tuesday week during the Competition Period will win a weekly minor prize.For the avoidance of doubt, entries will not roll over from week to week.
Major prize
The valid entry judged to be the best from the entries received during the overall Competition Period (including any previous winners) will win the major prize.All judging decisions are as determined by the Promoter, in their absolute discretion.
What can I win?
There are 36 prizes available - 30 daily minor prizes, 5 weekly minor prizes and 1 major prize. Each daily minor prize is a Gilbert Replica Game Ball, valued at $50.Each weekly minor prize is a $250 Ampol digital gift card.The major prize is a trip for the winner and 1 adult companion to attend their choice of Rugby Game In Australia from the 2023 Wallabies or Wallaroos home and away season valued at up to $3,500 depending on the winner's point of departure.See "Major prize" section below for further prize details.
Major prize
If you win the major prize, your prize will be a trip for you and 1 adult companion to attend your choice of Rugby Game in Australia from the 2023 Wallabies or Wallaroos home and away season subject to availability, which includes the following:
(a) return economy airfares (including airfare taxes) from your nearest Australian capital city to relevant game location (flights and transfers are not included if you live in the destination state/territory, and if so, you and your companion must make your own way to and from the accommodation at your own cost);
(b) 1 night's twin share accommodation in a minimum 4 star hotel (as determined by the Promoter) for you and your companion;
(c) tickets to your chosen Wallabies/Wallaroos Rugby game for you and your companion; and
(d) corporate hospitality/dining at the game for you and your companion; and.
The Travel prize is subject to a pandemic, any travel/government restrictions/directives, border closures, health advice and the like.
For the avoidance of doubt, transfers are not included in the major prize. If you are the winner you can choose which game you would like to attend, subject to availability. The Promoter won't be liable if you are unable to attend your preferred game, but will work with you to find a suitable alternative.By accepting or participating in any prize, your travel companion accept these Terms and Conditions.
Total prize pool
The minor prize pool is $2,500.The weekly prize pool is $1,250.The major prize pool is up to $3,500.The total overall prize pool is up to $7,250.
How many times can I enter?
You can enter once per day, provided you only enter once per Qualifying Purchase and per receipt. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
How and when will the winners be informed?
Winners will be notified in writing via email within two days of determination.
Proof of purchase
You must keep the following as proof of purchase for all entries:
original itemised purchase receipt(s).
If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize. Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry.If, in the Promoter's opinion, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.
Unclaimed prize/s
Prize claim date: 2pm (AEST) 01/11/2022.
If a prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded, and the Promoter will re-award the relevant prize/s to the person who submitted the next best valid entry who has not already been awarded a prize (as relevant to each prize type). Any such winner/s will be notified by phone and in writing within two days of determination.
Collection and use of your personal information
If you are the major prize winner, you and (if applicable) your companion must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. You/your companion consent to the Promoter using your name/s and image/s in any promotional or advertising activity.
The information provided will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to companies and agencies connected with this promotion and to the relevant gaming authorities.
