Receive one (1) entry into the draw to win 1 of 10 Skullcandy Hesh Evo Headphone (Offer) when you spend a minimum of AUD$100 in a single transaction on the Komatsu Portal at
https://my.komatsu.com.au/ (myKomatsu Portal) and complete the online redemption form on the myKomatsu Portal (Eligible Order). The Skullcandy Hesh Evo Headphones are valued at AUD $149.00 (excluding GST and delivery) with a total prize pool of AUD$1,490.00.
Offer applies to Eligible Orders made between 19 September 2022 until 30 November 2022 (Offer Period).
One (1) entry per Eligible Order, any additional Eligible Orders made during the Offer Period will also be eligible to redeem the Offer.
There are ten (10) prizes in total to be won. The first ten (10) valid entries drawn will win the prize. The winners will be selected using a random name generator at Komatsu Fairfield Head Office on 5 December 2022. The individual winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw, the prize will then by posted to the winners nominated address.
In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 12 December 2022 at Komatsu Fairfield Head Office. The winners of the redraw will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw.
In accepting the prize, the prize winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements made by or on the behalf of Komatsu. The prize winner further acknowledges and agrees that Komatsu has the right to publicise their name, the State or Territory in which the winner ordinarily resides, photograph, likeness and/or voice in any language and in any media (whether now known or later devised) throughout the world in perpetuity without restriction in respect of this Promotion and any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Komatsu, without any payment being made to them.
This Offer does not apply to customers that make purchases via B2B, punchout, or are on a trade discount price agreement.
This Offer cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and is only available in Australia.
