Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. It is the entrants
responsibility to stay up to date with changes.

THE PRIZE:

The car being given away is a MG Core Auto. White in colour. Valued at AU$18,990.
There is no option for the winner to change the type or style of vehicle or exchange the prize
for cash.
Registration, transfer and delivery costs will be covered by Summit Recruitment.
Insurance costs will be at the expense of the winner.
Comprehensive insurance must be in place prior to the winner taking delivery of the vehicle.
The prize will be available for viewing between 1 October 2022 and 23 December 2022.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

The individual must:
Be a registered candidate and marked as “eligible to work” in the Summit Recruitment
database.
Participate in regular work assignments on behalf of Summit Recruitment between the
period 1 September 2022 and 23 December 2022.
Follow Summit Recruitment on Facebook.
Display the Summit Recruitment Values while representing Summit Recruitment on
assignment.
Regular work assignments will be determined by Summit Recruitment staff.
Summit Recruitment Values are listed as Integrity, Transparency, Honesty and Excellence.
All registered entrants will be notified on Monday 19 December 2022.
Any entrants included between Tuesday 20 December and Friday 23 December will be
notified by email, prior to the draw on Friday 23 December.

ADDITIONAL ENTRY:

A registered candidate that is marked as “eligible to work” in the Summit Recruitment
database may receive one (1) additional ticket in the draw by referring two (2) individuals to
Summit Recruitment prior to Tuesday 1 November 2022.
As the referee, the individual must provide full name, email, mobile phone and an indication
of the type of work the referred individual is capable of.
To be eligible to receive an additional ticket in the draw, the referred individuals must then:
Complete an interview with a Summit Recruitment Consultant prior to Thursday 1
December 2022.
Be entered into the Summit Recruitment database as a registered candidate and marked
as “eligible to work”.
DRAW:

The draw will take place at 10am on Friday 23 December 2022 at Summit Recruitment Head
Office – 97-101 Victoria Street, Smithfield, NSW.
Registered entrants are welcome to attend the draw in person at their own expense.
The draw will be live streamed on Summit Recruitment’s Facebook page.
Winner will be notified by email and phone immediately following the draw.
Delivery details will be organised separately between the winner and Summit Recruitment.
