Where Wonder Runs Deep: Win Your Dream Waterfall Way Adventure – TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Promoter is We Are Explorers (ABN 88 627 294 142) of 2/10 Towers Dr, Mullumbimby, NSW 2481.
STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
WHO CAN ENTER
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to Australian residents
2.2. Employees, franchisees and their immediate families of We Are Explorers, Armidale Regional Council, Zorali, NSW National Parks, Hipcamp, Augie Sundays, or any related agencies, are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, or step-sister.
HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on the 15/9/22 at 10:00AM AEST and closes 18/10/22 at 11:59PM AEST (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 In order to enter, the entrants must complete the entry form by providing the entrant’s full name, email address and answer a question related to the campaign.
3.3 In order to enter, the entrants must agree to receive email marketing communications from the Promoters which may be unsubscribed at any point.
3.4 Entrants may only enter once.
PRIZES
4.1 One winner will be chosen based on their ability to answer the competition question as decided by the Promoters at their absolute discretion.

Total prize pool value up to $1934.94
4.2 Prize cannot be exchanged or refunded in any way by the winner.
4.3 Prize is redeemable until 18/10/2023.
4.4 Hipcamp Hipcash credit is valid for 12 months from issue date.
4.5 Accommodation with NSW National Parks and Hipcamp is subject to availability and must be redeemed within a year of the competition end date.
4.6 The 3 nights accommodation at The Chalet is valid for check-in on a Friday and check-out on a Monday in line with the booking rules for the property. Bookings can be made up to 180 days in advance. Guests will need to bring their own linen, towels, blankets, and pillows.
4.7 The Promoter and competition partners are not responsible for any costs incurred if changes or cancellations are made to the booking. Any costs associated with this will need to be covered by the prize winner.
UNCLAIMED PRIZE
Any prizes that remain unclaimed for 1 month after the end of the promotion period will be awarded to another entrant as determined by the Promoters. The pool will be made up of runner up entrants as determined by the Promoters.
If required, this will occur on 21/11/22.
SELECTION OF PRIZE WINNERS
5.1 Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Competition Period and registered all details in accordance with Clause 3 will be entered into the prize pool.
5.2 The winner will be selected by the Promoters on the 24/10/22 at 10:00AM AEST.
5.3 The winner will be notified by email and will be announced on We Are Explorers social media platforms from 25/10/22.
5.4 The Promoter’s decision is final.
NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoters may in their absolute discretion cancel the competition or other as subject to any State Legislation.
6.2 The Promoters and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 The Promoters and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
6.3.1 during the draw;
6.3.2 in the participation in any prize
6.3.3 as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
6.3.4 due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
6.3.5 due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
6.4 The Promoters and its affiliates assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserve the right to take any action that may be available.
6.5 If, for any reason, this competition is not capable of being conducted as planned, including, but not limited, due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter’s which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter’s reserve the right, at their discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or any other dishonest act, may take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to State legislation.
PRIVACY
The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as detailed in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. The personal information collected as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of the winner and for future marketing and promotional purposes. Your personal information will only be disclosed to the Promoter’s and its related bodies corporate for these purposes.
