Standard Conditions
1.1 Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
1.2 The Promoter is Daily Blooms Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 52 652 366 731) of 12 Little Hyde Street, Yarraville (‘Promoter’).
1.3 This competition is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Eligibility – Who can enter?
2.1 Entry is open to Victorian & NSW Permanent Residents. You must be 18 years of age or over to enter.
2.2 Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter and suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
2.3 Entrants can only enter in their name. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of residency at the stated address and identification for verification (to the Promoter’s satisfaction in its sole discretion) before issuing the prize. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter’s decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.
How to enter
3.1 The promotion commences on Wednesday 5th October 2022 at 12AM (AEDT, Australian Eastern Daylight Time) and concludes on Friday 31st of December 2022 at 23:59PM (AEDT) (the ‘Promotion Period’).
3.2 To be eligible to win, entrants must provide their email address and phone number and sign up to Daily Blooms databased.
How to win
4.1 Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Period and registered their details in accordance with clauses 2 and 3 will be entered into the competition.
4.2 Prize Winners will be selected winner at random monthly and contacted by a Daily Blooms team member and announced on our Instagram socials.
4.3 Winners will be notified in writing by email (within 7days of the previous month end).
4.4 Their name and entry may be published on dailyblooms.com.au and via the Promoter’s social networks following acceptance of the prize.
Unclaimed prizes
If a Prize remains unclaimed after 7 days of being notified, the Prize Winner forfeits the Prize and will be advised in writing. In this event, the Promoter may, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation, withdraw the unclaimed Prize. The Promoter’s decision to withdraw an unclaimed prize is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for any failure to claim a prize within the specified period.
Prize
6.1 There will be one (1) Prize Winner each calendar month and the prize winner will receive:
1 x Large Colour Bouquet plus pink large Marmoset Found Vase valued at $199 RRP
Plus free delivery valued at $19.95.
6.2 The Large Bouquet & Vase valued at $199 RRP plus delivery. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the set value. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Privacy
8.1 All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter, and may subsequently be edited and republished. The entrant warrants that they are sole creator of the entry and the entry does not infringe any third party intellectual property rights.
8.2 The Promoter collects contact information about entrants in order to conduct the competition and where appropriate award prizes and may also use the information to assist the Promoter in providing goods and services and to contact entrants in the future with special offers via any medium including email and social media. If you do not provide the information, you cannot participate in the competition.
8.3 In accepting the Prize, each Prize Winner agrees to participate and cooperate as required in all marketing activities relating to the competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed plus possible requests to post onto social media about any component of the Prize. The Prize Winner grants the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and each Prize Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
