As the front man and vocalist for 1970’s band Sherbet, Braithwaite rode a wave success with songs such as ‘Howzat’ propelling the band the band to superstar status.
Braithwaite has since enjoyed a highly successful solo career which included a
#1 ARIA Album Chart for his album ‘Edge’ featuring the hit singles ‘As The Days Go By’ and ‘One Summer’.
Braithwaite’s follow up album ‘Rise’ included the single ‘The Horses’ which reached #1 on the ARIA Singles Chart and to this day remains an anthem for generations of Australians. Most recently, Braithwaite enjoyed success with stunning new single ‘Love Songs’.
This December, Daryl Braithwaite returns to Perth for two special shows, to celebrate 30 years since the release of ‘The Horses’.
You can catch him Friday 9th December at Port Beach Bar & Brewery and Saturday 10th December at the Charles Hotel.

7. Competition Period Close Date &
Time
Competition concludes 11.59PM AWST on Thursday 27th October 2022.
The Promoter reserves the right to:
(i) amend the contesting period at its absolute discretion
including to close the competition within the Competition
Period;
(ii) terminate the competition subject to any direction from a
regulatory authority.
8. Entry Restrictions a) Entrants must be 18 of age or over at the time of entry.
b) Entrants must have a valid Australian mobile number to enter.
c) Entrants must be a WA resident.
d) Promotions are not open to any person, including West
Australian residents, entering the competition from outside of
Australia.
e) Entrants acknowledge that they must be contactable by the
Promoter in order to be successful. Entrants unable to be
contacted in accordance with these terms for any reason will
forfeit their prize / opportunity.
f) Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent
information are ineligible in the promotion and all entries of an
entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided
incorrect or misleading information may, at the discretion of
the Promoter be deemed invalid.

9. How to enter
Online registration:
During the Competition Period:
(a) Entrants must visit the Station Website during the Competition
Period and fully complete the online entry form, including by
providing their name, residential address, contact number,
email address and by selecting which Daryl Braithwaite show
they would like to win tickets to.
(b) All valid entries received will be placed into the random
electronic prize draw.
(c) The Promoter will select up to Seven [7] entries for the
entrants who have selected the Daryl Braithwaite show on
Friday 9th December 2022 at Port Beach Bar & Brewery, North
Fremantle, and up to Eight [8] entries for the entrants who
have selected the Daryl Braithwaite show on Saturday 10th
December 2022 at The Charles Hotel, North Perth. Each
selected entrant will be awarded a double pass to the show
they selected in the competition entry form.
(d) The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be
entered into.
10. Limitation on entries Limitations on entries are as follows:
(a) Entrants may only submit one [1] entry into the competition on
behalf of themselves.
(b) One [1] entry per household is permitted.
(c) Any additional entries will be automatically void by the
Promoter.
If any duplicate entries are received from the same Entrant or
household these will be removed or deleted prior to the final draw or
judging being conducted

Once a winner or their household have been allocated tickets to an
event, they are ineligible to win any additional tickets to the same
event.
Prizes awarded are subject to availability and are at the complete
discretion of the Promoter.
All prizes are non-transferable. Any prize that is found to be for sale or
on-sold will be cancelled and will not be reissued.
No refund or exchange will be given for any prize.
Additional spending money, meals (other than outlined above), taxes,
luggage costs, insurance and all other ancillary costs are not included,
and are at the winner’s expense.
All prizes are subject to COVID restrictions. Compliance with any public
health requirements, including being fully vaccinated, wearing masks
and/or socially distancing is the responsibility of the winners (and their
companion) and the Promoter makes no representations as to the
conditions at the destination and is not responsible if the prize is unable
to be fulfilled due to COVID restrictions or any other external

It may also be a condition of being a prize winner that winners be
available for on-air interviews and/or in-studio and/or on location
interviews, photos or videos as part of redeeming a prize.
Should there be any technical malfunctions for any reason, the
Promoter has the option to extend the time period for giveaways

the new end time of the competition. Where applicable, contestants
