Major Promotion – 25K GIVEAWAY
Terms and Conditions of Entry
Information on how to enter and the prize list forms part of these Conditions of Entry.
The promotion ‘25K GIVEAWAY’ will be known as the Major Promotion.
Entry into the Major Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
Only financial members of Redlands Sporting Club are eligible to participate or win in this promotion.
Employees of Redlands Sporting Club are not eligible to participate or win in this promotion.
Entrants must be over eighteen (18) years of age.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
The Major Promotion operates from 9:30am on Monday 31st October 2022 until approximately 6:00pm on Sunday 18th December 2022.
Winners will be notified in person and must be present for the draws.
Members of Redlands Sporting Club who play the Gaming Machines with their Membership Card inserted will receive one (1) entry to enter the Major Promotion with every $2 of turnover.
Members of Redlands Sporting Club will receive one entry for every $5 they spend in the Bar, Restaurant & Cafe.
Entries will automatically be generated by ‘Max E-draw’. A member can check the number of entries they have in the draw by swiping their card on the swipe kiosk or on a vector unit on a gaming machine. Members must validate their entry tickets on the draw days every 2.5 hours by swiping their Membership Card through the Kiosk, or playing the gaming machines with their card inserted or making a purchase in the club.
There will be one Major Cash Draw during this promotion. This will be held on Sunday 20th November from 11am.
During the Major Cash Draw, a winner will be drawn using Max E Draw 1.30pm, 1.45pm, 2pm, 2.15pm, 2.30pm, 2.45, 3pm, 3.15pm, 3.30pm, 3.45pm, 4pm, 4.15pm, 4.30pm, 4.45pm and 5pm.
On the Cash Draw day (November 20), in the order that they are drawn (time), Members will choose a Christmas gift. On each gift will be an envelope with a Christmas Card inside, stating their amount won.
If a Member isn’t present, the lowest prize will be awarded to them and kept in the Cashbox to be claimed when they are next at the Club.
The Major Prize Draw will be held on Sunday 18th December, where there will be a total of 60 prizes to be won. Draws will run from 11am until approximately 5pm with a prize being won approximately every 5 minutes.
Prizes will be drawn in a specific order as numbered on the prize.
The winning Member of each prize cannot exchange their f or cash.
A Member can only claim 1 prize per draw day, excluding the major Draw on December 18, 2022.
A winning Member will be drawn using Max E Draw and the Winner selected must be present at the prize draw location within 3 minutes to be determined a winner of the prize on offer. Verification of their Membership Card is required, and if the Winner is not present within 3 minutes a redraw of that prize will occur.
Each Winner is responsible for paying any and all taxes on any prize won and must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize to the extent required by law.
Redlands Sporting Club is not liable for any loss, damage or injury by any person in connection with the Major Promotion.
The decisions of the management of Redlands Sporting Club are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
If a Member is found to be abusing this promotion a decision will be made by management to refuse entries
If a Member passes away their promotion entries cannot be transferred to another Member.
Promotional materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or mis-directed entries.
By entering into the Major Promotion, winners agree to have their photo taken for promotional purposes.
