7. NOTIFICATION OF DRAW RESULTS: The results of the draw will be published on the Dymocks website on Thursday 15th December 2022. All eligible prize winners will be notified by email and will be asked to confirm their details are correct to claim their prize.
8. PRIZES: The national total prize pool value is $1,000 with one (10) individual prizes. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. 1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
3. To enter, complete and submit the entry form provided in the competition eDM including a creative response in 30 words or less to the following question: ‘Summarise your ultimate beach experience and what you would read’.
4. The competition commences at 00.01am (AEDT) on Monday 12th December 2022 and closes at 11.00pm (AEDT) on Monday 12th December 2022 (“Promotional Period”).
5. This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner(s). All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity and originality. The best first entry, as determined by the judges, will receive a prize.
6. The judging will take place at 2.00pm (AEDT) on Tuesday 13 December 2022 at Level 6, 428 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges from Dymocks.
