2. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of Mosaic Brands Ltd.
3. You must register on the competition form to qualify
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to become a registered member of By Rivers and to receive marketing material from By Rivers
6. Entry for the competition is between 12:00am AEST Monday 15th October 2021 and 11:59:59PM AEDT Monday 29th November 2021. After this date and time then no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
7. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted towards the final draw.
8. Closing date for entry will be Monday 29th November 2021 11:59PM AEDT. After this date and time then no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
11. Rivers shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
12. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
13. The prize is as follows: The prize is 1x $500 Rivers Gift Card. or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
14. The voucher is Valid for 36 Months after winner is announced. The Voucher can only be redeemed on Rivers product in store or via the website
www.rivers.com.au. The voucher cannot be redeemed on 3rd party online exclusive styles (including Homewares, Beauty etc).
15. The Winner Will be chosen at Random and notified via an email from the promoter. The winners Name and State will also be featured on the Rivers Website and On their Social pages. If the winner does not respond within a week of the email being sent, another winner will be chosen at random.
16. The promoter decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
