Entry
By entering this Promotion you warrant that you are an Eligible Person and that you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Horsey People and the Terms of Conditions of this Promotion.
This Promotion is known as the ‘PHS Custom Saddle Package Promotion’.
This Promotion will commence at 12:01am AEST on the 15th of December 2022 and close at 11:59pm AEST on the 31st of January 2023 (The Promotion Period).
Any breach of these terms and conditions, including where Horsey People has a reasonable basis to believe that the terms and conditions have been breached, any and all entries received from that person are void and that person will not be eligible for any Prize.
Eligibility
This Promotion is open only to people who:
are residents of Australia; and
are 15 years of age or older; and
your state laws allow entry. Please check local state laws.

Only an Eligible Person is able to enter into and win any prize offered in the Promotion.
It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure that their contact information and mailing address provided to Horsey People are current as at the time of the Promotion.
Horsey People employees, company directors and their parents, spouses, de factors, siblings or children are not eligible to enter into or win any prize offered in the Promotion.
All existing VIP Loyalty Rewards Club members will be entered into the Promotion. There is no limit on the number of VIP members who may be entered into the Promotion.
How to Enter
In order for an Eligible Person to be entered into the Promotion they must:
Purchase a membership to Horsey People; or
Continue a membership to Horsey People, during the Promotion Period.
The Promotion can be entered through the purchase or continuation of a membership to Horsey People at the following internet address: <

When a person purchases or renews (including via any automated subscription) a membership to Horsey People, that person receives one entry to the Promotion for that month of their membership.
For each further month that a person remains a member of Horsey People, that person will receive an additional monthly entry into the Promotion conducted during that month. For example, a person who has been a member for three months will receive three entries for each Promotion in the third month.
Entries are automatically applied to any eligible Promotion. Entries are personal, non-transferrable, nor redeemable for cash or any other consideration.
No entry fee is required to participate in the Promotion.
Entries must be received before the end of the Promotion Period to be eligible. The time of entry is the time the registration is received by Horsey People. No responsibility is accepted by Horsey People for any late, incomplete or lost entries.
By entering into the Promotion you agree that your information may be published as a winner as required by law and these Terms and Conditions.
Prizes
The total prize pool is valued at $10,000 (inclusive of GST) as at the date of conducting the Promotion. The value is based on recommended retail prices.
The prize pool consists of the following:
Major Prize: Custom Peter Horobin StrideFree Saddle with Girth, Stirrup Leathers, Irons, Saddlecloth and Fitting. Also includes a $1,000 voucher to spend with our brand partners. The value for the major prize is $8,500.
Minor Prize(s): 2nd prize is a $1,000 voucher to spend at our discount partners. 3rd prize is a $500 voucher to spend with brand partners.
The Promotion will have three winner(s).
If the major prize winner is under the age of 18 the prize will be awarded to the legal parent or guardian who is above the age of 18.
Horsey People may at its discretion vary or amend prizes so as to provide reasonable alternative prizes (of an equal or greater value than the original prize) if any prize should be unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of Horsey People.
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods or services.
If for any reason the winner does not, is not able to, or chooses not to claim any element of the prize that element is forfeited.
Drawing
The prize winner will be drawn at 7:00pm AEST on the 5th of February 2023.
The prize draw will take place at Adelia Group Pty Ltd, 611 Belgrave Hallam Rd, Narre Warren East VIC 3804 available to the public via live stream on Instagram and Facebook.
Each entry will have the name of the Eligible Person printed on a physical piece of paper and placed into a clear barrel. The winning names will be drawn randomly from this barrel by or under the supervision of an agent or employee of Horsey People.
The winner of the Promotion will be drawn from the barrel first, ensuring that all entries have a chance to win the Promotion. Each second, third or ‘minor’ giveaway forming part of the Promotion will be drawn in descending order.
The prize being drawn will be confirmed prior to each draw.
Horsey People reserves the right to vary the method of drawing or the stream of the prize draw, provided that the draw is random and that all entries have an even chance of winning any prize. Any variation of the method of drawing the prize or streaming does not invalidate the draw.
If the prize is unclaimed after 90 days of the initial draw date, the prize will then be redrawn on the 6th of May 2023 at 7:00pm AEST via a Barrel Draw at Adelia Group Pty Ltd, 611 Belgrave Hallam Rd, Narre Warren East VIC 3804. The winner(s) will be announced on our social media platforms, Facebook and Instagram, and published at the following internet address: <

Winners will be notified directly, by written means, within 7 days of the determination of the results.
How to Win
Prize winners will be notified on the live stream and the names of winners will be published on Horsey People website. If the winner does not answer that live stream, they will remain the winner and further attempts will be made to contact the winner using the contact details of the entrant as part of their membership.
The names of all winners of prizes over $250 will be published on Horsey People website for the public to view within 30 days of the draw or unclaimed draw being completed.
The results will be made available within 7 days of determination of the prize winners, if requested. A request to the results of the draw can be made in writing to Horsey People at the following email address: <

All winners will be notified directly, by written means, within 7 days of the determination of the results.
Horsey People reserves the right to request a winner provide proof to the satisfaction of Horsey People that the winner is an Eligible Person and entitled to a prize.
Any winner of a prize in the Promotion is deemed to have forfeited the prize and Horsey People may randomly select a new winner of that prize in the following circumstances:
Where the winner has not claimed a prize within 90 days of the draw after reasonable efforts have been made by Horsey People to contact the winner;
Where the winner has been determined to have breached any of these terms and conditions;
Where the winner has failed to provide satisfactory evidence that they are an Eligible Person within 7 days of a request by Horsey People;
Where any prize or correspondence to the winner has been returned to Horsey People as ‘non-deliverable’; or
Where for any reason Horsey People has not been able to facilitate the prize being delivered to a winner within 90 days after taking reasonable steps.
The winner of a prize will not be charged an administrative or delivery fee in order to receive their prize.

Exclusions and Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Horsey People (including its officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability for any personal injury; or any loss or damage in the provision of any goods or services, or conduct of any promotion, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Horsey People’s control);
any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference or intervention;
any entry or Promotion claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Horsey People) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Horsey People;
any failure, delay or defect with or related to any network, service of transmission (including by not limited to post, telephone or internet);
any variation in prize or prize value to that stated in the Promotion;
any prizes damaged or lost in transit;
any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant;
use of any prize; or
any other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Horsey People.
Where any event or occurrence outside of the control of Horsey People prevents or hinders the ability to proceed with the Promotion or any part of it, Horsey People may vary, cancel or re-schedule the Promotion or any part of it. any such action must be conducted in accordance with the applicable law and regulatory requirements for which the Promotion is conducted.
Headings
The headings in these Conditions are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
Entire Agreement
These conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties in relation to the entry and conduct of the Promotion.
Any entrant warrants that they have not relied on any other advertisement, promotion or communication in relation to the Promotion.
