Item 5: Entry
Requirement
Participation in the Promotion is open to all persons who:
a) are 18 years of age or older;
b) are entitled to access one or all Draw Locations;
c) not excluded (including an exclusion direction or self-exclusion order) from a casino or
premises operated by The Star Entertainment Group Limited (and its related entities);
d) not the subject of a Withdrawal of License (WOL) from The Star Sydney, The Star Gold
Coast or Treasury Brisbane; and
e) are a Member of The Star Club or The Star Club Prestige Domestic or International
programs operated by the Promoter and have a current membership card (each a
“Membership Card”).
People who meet the above conditions and continue to satisfy the conditions during the
Promotion Period are referred to as “Eligible Entrant/s” and will be entitled to enter the
Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any person participating in the Promotion at any
time.
Item 6: Entry
Into Draws
Entry (“Entry/ Bonus Entries”) to the Prize Draw/s can be earned from 12.15am to 11.59pm
each day (each day is an “Earning Period”), except on Wednesdays (“the Draw Day”) where
entries can be earned up until 7.59pm.

At 11.59pm each Wednesday in the Promotion Period, all entries will be reset to 0.
Eligible Members can earn an Entry by playing a game on a compatible electronic gaming
machine, electronic table game or table game (excluding Texas Hold’em and Omaha Poker)
or, by completing a transaction at any of The Star Gold Coast’s food and beverage outlets
with their Membership Card during the Promotion Period.
Eligible Members can also earn Bonus Entries. For each Tier Point earned by playing on a
compatible electronic gaming machine, electronic table game or table game (excluding Texas
Hold’em and Omaha Poker), eligible Members will receive 1 (one) Bonus Entry. Up to a
maximum of 20 Bonus Entries each day of the promotion.

At each Prize Draw, the name and membership number of the first randomly drawn Eligible
Member who satisfies Items 6 and 7, selected by a representative of the Promoter, will be
announced over the public-address system at the Draw Location (each a “Selected
Member”).
The Promoter reserves the right to announce the name and membership number of the
Selected Member at other locations of The Star Gold Coast (other than the Draw Location).
The Promoter cannot guarantee that all announcements can be heard at the Draw Location
or in all parts of The Star Gold Coast.
Selected Members must be “present at the relevant Draw” in accordance with Item 10 to be
eligible to win.

“Present at the relevant Draw”
A selected Eligible Entrant must present themselves to claim a prize. To be considered
“present at the relevant Draw” and therefore eligible to claim a prize, Eligible Entrant’s must
present themselves to a representative of the Promoter within three (3) minutes of their name
being announced.
If an Eligible Entrant has presented themselves to a representative of the Promoter, the
representative will inform the promotions host at the Draw Location that the Eligible Entrant
has presented themselves and the Eligible Entrant will have ten (10) minutes to make their
way to the Draw Location and confirm their identity. The Eligible Entrant is not permitted to
send a proxy to claim a prize.
Provided that the Eligible Entrant is at the Participating Property, the Promoter reserves the
right, in its absolute discretion, to either:
• extend the time limit set out in this clause for the Eligible Entrant to make their
way to the Draw Location; or
• waive the requirement for the Eligible Entrant to present themselves at the Draw
Location,

if the Promoter forms the reasonable view that the relevant Eligible Entrant will be physically
unable to comply with such time limit or requirement due to incapacity or any other such
impairment.
It is the responsibility of the Eligible Entrant to request such time extension or waiver from the
representative of the Promoter immediately on presenting themselves to the representative of
the Promoter. Time Extensions or waivers will not be granted retrospectively. If a waiver is
granted by the Promoter, the Eligible Entrant must still comply with all instructions required to
validate their identity, including but not limited to the conditions set out in Item 13.
“Not present at the relevant Draw”
If a selected Eligible Entrant is “not present at the relevant Draw” or does not otherwise
satisfy these Terms and Conditions, redraws will take place until an Eligible Entrant who
satisfies the requirements of these Terms and Conditions (including by being “present at the
Draw”) is drawn for each of the relevant Draws.
In the occurrence of a redraw, Eligible Entrants that have activated Entries into the Draws will
be selected by having an open rating via the Konami Casino Management System, during the
time of the redraw by playing on any compatible electronic gaming machine, electronic table
game or table game with their membership card (each an ‘Eligible Machine or Eligible Table’).
To be deemed to be playing an Eligible Machine, an Eligible Entrant must be playing at the
Eligible Machine and have their Membership Card inserted and credit available at the
moment the Konami Casino Management System conducts the redraw. To be deemed
playing an Eligible Table, an Eligible Entrant must be playing at the Eligible Table and have
an open rating by providing their Membership Card to the table croupier upon
commencement of play, at the moment the Konami Casino Management System conducts
the redraw.
Item 11: Prize/s Each Selected Winner that satisfies the conditions of entry, including being “present at the
relevant Prize Draw,” will win $1,500 Casino Dollars + $500 Harvey Norman gift card.
(each a “Prize”).
The total prize pool for the promotion is $40,000 ($30,000 Casino Dollars & $10,000 Harvey
Norman Gift Cards).
Eligible Entrants are only able to win one (1) prize on each draw day. If an eligible entrant is
drawn out more than once, there will be an automatic redraw (as set out in Item 10).

Identification
A Winner may be asked to produce valid acceptable identification to a representative of the
Promoter to confirm their eligibility to win a prize.
Valid identification acceptable to the Promoter will be either one form of valid photographic
identification (Passport or Australian driver’s licence) with an undamaged clearly visible
photograph, or two other forms of non-photographic identification acceptable to the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to waive or vary the identification requirements at its sole
discretion in circumstances where the identity of a winner is determinable by a representative
of the Promoter without the assistance of these or any other form of identification.
Item 14: Other
conditions
Casino Dollar Prizes will load directly to the Members account. Casino Dollars may become
unavailable at any time, outside of the control of the Promoter.
Casino Dollars will expire after 180 consecutive days without a valid rating of a Member’s
Star Club Membership Card.
No substitutions or transfers
Prizes cannot be substituted. Prizes are not transferrable.

All Harvey Norman Voucher Prizes are subject to individual supplier terms and conditions and
expiry dates. The Promoter accepts no liability for lost, stolen or misplaced vouchers and will

Promoter when replacement Harvey Norman Voucher Prizes will be issued.
