When you enter the Competition, these Terms and Conditions become a contract between you and the Promoter, so read them carefully before participating. This contract includes, without limitation, an indemnification by you of the released parties listed below and a limitation of your rights and remedies.
2. The Promoter’s address is Level 10, 68 Pitt Street, Sydney, NSW 2000. ABN: 35 163 234 357. The sponsor of the Competition is Universal Pictures International Australasia, Level 32, 580 George St, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the “Sponsor”).
3. Entry is only open to entrants who are legal residents of Australia, excluding those entrants who currently reside in the Northern Territory & South Australia, and are eighteen (18) years of age or over. Entrants who are eligible to enter the Competition pursuant to these Terms and Conditions are referred to as “Eligible Entrants.”
4. All previous winners of any Competition promoted by Promoter during the nine (9) month period prior to the Draw Date are not eligible to enter. Any individuals (including, but not limited to, employees, consultants, independent contractors and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, held employment with or performed services for the Promoter or any organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion of the Competition (“Employees”) are not eligible to enter or win. Immediate Family Members and Household Members are also not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate Family Members” means parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings or spouses of an Employee. “Household Members” means those individuals who share the same residence with an Employee at least three (3) months a year.
5. The Competition commences at 10:00AM AEDT on Friday 24th March 2023 and closes at 10:00 AM AEDT ON Monday 27th March 2023 (the “Competition Period”). There will be fifty one (51) winners for the Competition (collectively, the “Prize Winner”).
6. To enter the Competition, entrants must attempt to complete the quiz by answering as many questions as they can in the 45-second time limit. After the quiz is complete, entrants will be prompted to fill out the form, which will provide us with their full name, phone or mobile number and postcode. Participants may enter the draw as many times as they like.
7. Entries submitted by any other means other than as specified in these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted. Any illegible, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be rejected. Use of script, macro or any automated system to enter the Competition is prohibited and entries made (or which appear to have been made, in Promoter’s sole discretion) using any such system may be treated as void. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Participants must follow the directions provided by the Promoter and otherwise be bound by and follow these Terms and Conditions to be eligible to receive a Prize in connection with the Competition. Participants may not take actions that are negligent, injurious or reckless in pursuit of any prize offered in connection with the Competition. Participants who do not follow this rule will be disqualified from the Competition. Participants alone are responsible for any injuries or other damages that are caused or incurred as a result of their behavior.
8. The Prize draw will take place at the Promoter's office on Monday, 27th March 2023. (the “Draw Date”). Winners will be selected manually at random by using a random number generator to pick from the list of entries. The Grand Prize Winner will be drawn first and then all subsequent runner up winners will be drawn after that.
9. The Prize Winner will be notified by email, phone and/or post via the information provided in the form no later than Monday, 27th March 2023. A redraw will take place within one (1) day from the date of notification for any prizes that have not been claimed by the Prize Winner and an alternative Prize Winner will be drawn. The alternative Prize Winner has 1 (1) day from the day of notification in which to claim their prize or another alternative Prize Winner will be drawn. The Prize Winner will be published on

10. The Prize Winner will be selected and contacted by Promoter in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If any Prize Winner is determined to be ineligible to receive the Prize, the Promoter may, in its sole and absolute discretion, give away the Prize to another person. If you are selected as a Prize Winner, you will be required to privately (e.g., by email or other secure, private means) provide your name, address, age and other personal information necessary to receive the Prize. The name, contact number and address of the Prize Winner will be passed to a third party provider for the purpose of delivery of the Prize. Competitions are subject to all applicable laws, rules or regulations and these Terms and Conditions.
11. There will be fifty one (51) total winner(s) (i.e., the “Prize Winner”) for the Competition who will receive the following prize(s) (collectively, the “Prize”):
The one (1) grand prize winner will win the following Prize
- Return economy airfares from nearest capital city in Australia to Los Angeles, valued at approximately eight thousand Australian dollars ($8000 AUD)
- 4 x nights twin share accommodation in Los Angeles, min 4 star hotel, with breakfast included, valued at approximately two thousand eight hundred Australian dollars ($2800 AUD)
- Return transfers from LAX airport to hotel, valued at approximately two hundred Australian dollars ($200 AUD)
- Spending money, valued at approximately one thousand Australian dollars ($1000 AUD)
- 2 x tickets to The Special Screening of The Super Mario Bros. Movie in Los Angeles on Saturday April 1st 2023, valued at approximately five hundred Australian dollars ($500 AUD)

There will be fifty (50) runner up winner(s) (i.e., the “Prize Winner”) for the Competition who will receive the following prize(s) (collectively, the “Prize”):
- One (1) in-season double pass permitting entry for the Prize Winner and one (1) guest to The Super Mario Bros. Movie with an estimated value of fifty Australian dollars ($50 AUD). These in season passes are redeemable at the participating Event Cinemas, Hoyts Cinemas and independent cinemas as listed on the passes’ terms and conditions. Total value of this prize is two thousand five hundred Australian dollars ($2,500 AUD).
The total estimated retail value of the Prize is fifteen thousand Australian dollars ($15,000 AUD).
The Grand Prize Winner's trip must be completed by Friday March 31st, 2023, or the Prize will be forfeited. Travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blackout dates, and other prize and travel restrictions. Travel dates are subject to Promoter and Sponsor approval. Reservations are subject to availability. Trip must be booked at least two (2) days prior to the intended departure date. If Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her Prize with fewer than the allotted number of Guests or no Guest, the Prize will be awarded to Winner and each participating Guest and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. If Winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21), he/she must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the on-site hotel. Unless child or ward of Winner or one of the allotted Guests, each Guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the Winner. FMV of Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated FMV and final FMV of Prize will not be awarded. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, baggage, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of Winner.
