The Promotion opens at 9:00am (AEST) on Tuesday 6 June 2023 and closes at 5:00pm (AEST) on
Sunday, 11 June, 2023. Late entries will not be accepted.
Who can enter: Entry is open only to show attendees/visitors who are over the age of 18 years.

Prize(s): The major prize is a 2023 Plated MDC Explorer Forward Fold (15 Year Anniversary Edition) Offroad
Camper Trailer valued at $22,990.00 RRP. On road costs are included. Comprehensive insurance
cover is NOT an inclusion.
Runner Up prize is a myCOOLMAN Adventurer Prize Pack valued at RRP $2462.90. The pack

Draw Date: The winner of each prize will be drawn at random on Thursday 22 June 2023 at 10.30am at the head
office of Caravan Trade & Industries Association of Queensland (CTIAQ). The prize-winning entry will
be the first valid entry drawn. Competition entrants do not have to be present to receive their prize
at the time it is drawn.

Winners of the Promotion will be notified by telephone or email by no later than 5:00pm on
Thursday 22 June, 2023.

Competition Terms and Conditions continued
(a) To be eligible to enter the Promotion, you must fall within the criteria in the ‘Who can enter’ section of
the Promotion Details Table. You must follow the requirements in the ‘How to enter’ section of the
Promotion Details Table and submit any entry into the Promotion during the Promotion Period. Entries
submitted after the Promotion Period has closed will not be accepted.
(b) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late entries or for any technical difficulties experienced by
you.
(c) It is your sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in your entry, including
your contact details. Incorrect or incomplete entries may be disregarded by the Promoter.
(d) Your entry must not include any content that contravenes any law, infringes the rights of any person
(including intellectual property rights) or could be considered to be insulting, inflammatory,
defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate.
(e) By submitting your entry, you agree that your entry becomes the property of the Promoter and you
agree that the Promoter may exploit all intellectual property rights in your entry and do anything to
your entry which may otherwise be an infringement of your moral rights.
(f) The winners of the Promotion will be drawn at random by the Promoter on the Draw Date. Delivery of
the Prizes will occur per the details in the ‘Delivery of Prizes’ section of the Promotion Details Table.
Where a Prize cannot be delivered in accordance with these terms and conditions within 3 months of
the Draw Date (for example, due to an error in the address details for the winning entry), the Promoter
reserves the right to redraw the winner for the relevant Prize in accordance with the methods
contained in these terms and conditions.
(g) In no event will the Promoter be liable for any claims, damages or losses of any kind, including direct,
indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your
entrance to this Promotion. To the maximum extent permitted at law, the Promotion and the prizes are
provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not
limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
(h) You indemnify the Promoter from any and all claims, losses or liabilities which the Promoter may incur
in the course of or connection with your entrance and participation in the Promotion.
(i) If a provision of these terms and conditions is illegal, invalid, unenforceable or void, it is severed and the
remainder of these terms and conditions has full force and effect and the validity or enforceability of
that provision in any other jurisdiction is not affected. This clause has no effect if the severance alters
the basic nature of these terms and conditions or is contrary to public policy.
(j) You agree that your rights and obligations under this Promotion will be construed, take effect in
accordance with and be governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia, and you expressly
submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Queensland, Australia and of all courts competent
to hear appeals from them.

services, offers and events) which we consider may be of interest to you, and any other purpose

(1) we may not be able to accept your Promotion entry, your entry may be disqualified, you will not
be able to enter the Promotion, or we may be unable to deliver your prize if you are a winner; and
(2) we will be unable to send you direct marketing communications (unless you have consented to
