This Winter Bushmans are offering customers the chance to win 1 (one) of 5 (five) up to $1,000 Cash Back with the purchase of any Bushmans, Aqualine or OzPoly tank during the Winter Promotion period (1 June 2023 – 31st Aug 2023).
How Does Bushmans Winter Promotion 2023 Work?
The promotion entails that when you, our valued customer, buy a Bushmans, OzPoly or Aqualine tank between June 1, 2023, and Aug 31, 2023, you are eligible to enter the Bushmans & OzPoly Winter Promotion 2023 and go into the draw. If you buy more than one tank, you are entitled to enter the draw multiple times. For example, if you buy one tank – that is one competition entry, purchase of two tanks – two competition entries.
As the prize is up to $1,000, if a tank is purchased for under $1,000 the total value of the purchase will be the prize value. EG: a winning participant’s tank purchased was $900, the cash back value is $900.
All competition entries must be registered with Bushmans by October 31 2023. Any claims received after 31st October 2023 will be deemed invalid. *The purchase date is determined by the date of purchase printed on the reseller’s tax invoice submitted as proof of purchase. Tanks must be purchased and delivered within the promotional period.

1. Information on how to be eligible to receive the promotional product forms part of these conditions.
By participating, participants agree to be bound by these conditions.
2. The “Promoter” is Bushmans Group Pty Limited (ACN 137 242 347), of Level 10, 70 Pitt Street, Sydney
NSW 2000.
3. Entry to the promotion is open to all Australian Citizens and Residents aged 18 years and over who
fulfil the entry requirements (“Eligible Entrants”).
4. Directors, management, employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, retailers,
suppliers, associated entities, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to
participate.

To be eligible, participants must purchase a qualifying Bushmans, OzPoly and/or Aqualine tank from
an authorised and participating reseller or direct from Bushmans within Australia between 1 June
2023 and 31 Aug 2023 (inclusive). The tank must be delivered by 31 October 2023. The purchase date
is determined by the date of purchase printed on the reseller’s tax invoice submitted as proof of
purchase. Retain the tax invoice as proof of purchase may need to be verified.
6. Multiple entries will be accepted when multiple tanks are purchased.

7. There are 5 (five) prizes, which are up to $ 1,000 cash back, 1 (one) prize per Bushmans state/facility
(minus Head Office).
8. From the total entries received, the entries will be separated by facility/state and a random eligible
entrant will be drawn for each Bushmans facility (minus Head Office) and each will receive one up to $
1,000 cash back.
9. As the prize is up to $1,000, if a tank is purchased for under $1,000 the total value of the purchase will
be the prize value. EG: a winning participant’s tank purchased was $900, the cash back value is $900.
10. The promotional period to purchase a water tank commences at 8.00 [EST] on June 1, 2023 and closes
at 18.00 [EST] on Aug 31, 2023 (“Promotional Period”).
11. Entries close October 31, 2023.
12. The draw will take place:
at 11 am [EST] on 1 November 2023 at 15 Cb Fisher Dr, Cavan SA 5094.
13. The winners will be notified by email within 4 working days of the draw and no later than 5th
November 2023.
14. The name of the winners may be published on Bushmans website and Bushmans social media pages
between the 1st / 5th November 2023.
15. The prize will be delivered to the winners no later than 8 weeks after the winners are drawn, and no
later than 27 December 2023.
16. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of
compensation. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries or other communications.
Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way. If for
any reason a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter,
then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor any other form of
compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. The value of each prize is accurate
as at the date of application for permits (if any) for this promotion. The Promoter accepts no
responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize after that date. If for any reason the prize is not
available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for it, in its sole discretion, of
equal or higher value, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state or territory (if
applicable).

17. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence)
as a result of accepting and/or using a promotional product, except for any liability which cannot be
excluded by law.
18. The Promoter, its associated agencies, distributors and the agencies, and any companies associated
with this promotion, will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or
consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or
sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) by any person in connection with this
promotion or accepting or using a promotional product, except for any liability which cannot be
excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
19. Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter, its associated agencies, distributors and the
agencies, any companies associated with this promotion, will not be liable for any damage to the
promotional product during transit or be liable for any damage that occurs to the promotional
product once received.
20. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this promotion (which
may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of
processing and conducting the promotion) and for the promotional purposes surrounding this
promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described
and agree that the Promoter may use this information or disclose it to other organisations that may
use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purpose without any further
reference or payment to the entrant. Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal
