The Promoter is evee Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 40 609 872 031) of 5/1 Moore St Canberra, ACT 2601.
PARTICIPATION
Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 25 and over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of evee Australia Pty Ltd and any agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER
The competition commences at 06:00 am (AEST) on Wednesday, November 1st 2023 and ends at 11:59 pm (AEDT) on Thursday, November 30th 2023 (“Competition Period”).
The winner will be selected and contacted on Tuesday, December 5th 2023, via email.
The selected winner will receive a $675 credit towards an electric car rental through evee and July Carry On bag of $325 – at a total value of $1000.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
To enter, individuals must complete the following entry method during the Entry Period: Complete the competition form on evee’s website and opt-in to the evee & July Luggage mailing list.
This is a game of chance. The Prize is valued in Australian dollars. The winner’s total prize for this competition is valued at AUD $1,000. The Prize must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable, transferable, redeemable for cash or for resale. In the event that a Prize is unavailable, the Promoters reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value.
Photographic identification of the winner will be required (such as driver’s license, passport or student card where photo is included) to claim a Prize.
In exceptional situations, and subject to our absolute discretion, a winner may nominate a designated representative to collect a Prize. The representative will be required to present written authorisation from the winner and photographic identification of both the winner and their representative to collect the Prize.
The winner will be notified by email by evee Australia Pty Ltd. It is a condition of entry that evee Australia Pty Ltd has the right to publicise, broadcast and communicate to the public the names, characters, likenesses or voices of entrants for any promotion or matter incidental to the Promotion. All entrants accept and permit the use of this information on any medium.
If for any reason a winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated by evee Australia Pty Ltd, then the prize will be forfeited.
