How to Enter:
Initial Entry Mechanic: To receive one (1) initial entry in this Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a) spend at least $30 in one (1) transaction on any product(s) (other than on Excluded Items) at a participating BWS store within Australia, online to an eligible delivery location via bws.com.au or via the BWS App (other than Excluded Venues) ("Participating Venues"); and
b) scan their Everyday Rewards Card in-store at the checkout or enter their Everyday Rewards Card number or have their Everyday Rewards Card Number linked to their account at the online checkout prior to finalising the transaction.
Entries will be automatically recorded upon purchase.

The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule) and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.
The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date (“Promotional Period”). Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.
Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period.
Draw:
a) The draw will take place at Plexus, Level 4, 411 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 at 12:00 pm AEDT on 13/03/24 using computerised random selection.
i) The first twenty (20) valid entries drawn will be the winners of the prizes specified in the Schedule above.
b) The prizes will be drawn in the order set out in the Schedule above.
c) If a draw is scheduled on the weekend or a public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the same time and location on the following business day. The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance.
All reasonable attempts will be made to contact each winner.
If any winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to), or does not take or claim a prize within a reasonable time, as specified by the Promoter, or is unavailable, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.
Where entry is allowed by purchase or subscription, the cost of the product or service is no greater than the cost would be without the opportunity to participate in the Promotion.
The value of the prizes is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the prizes (inclusive of GST) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes after that date.
No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter.
If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) to a prize of equal or greater value and specification, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority.

Each prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in this Promotion and may disclose the entrants’ personal information to third parties including Endeavour Group Limited t/a BWS - Beer Wine Spirits (“BWS”) for the purpose of contacting the winners and the fulfillment of prizes. The Promoter and BWS will otherwise disclose entrant’s personal information to their contractors and agents, prize suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this Promotion and to the State and Territory lottery departments as required under the relevant lottery legislation. Some of the prize suppliers and service providers who receive winners’ personal information may be located overseas. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter or claim a prize in the Promotion.
For the purposes of public statements and advertisements, the Promoter may only publish the winner’s surname, initial and State/Territory or postcode of residence.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that a winner may be required to sign a legal release as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to receiving a prize.
If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize supplier. The terms and conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Conditions of Entry in the event of any inconsistency. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant’s details (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter’s discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the entrant. If the dispute cannot be resolved the Promoter’s decision will be final.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation). For the sake of clarity, this clause shall not apply where the Promoter has contributed to or caused such loss, expense, damage, personal injury or death and shall not apply to any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in each case the Promoter’s liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

The prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated Australian address.
If the winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the car in their own name, then the winner may assign the car to another person (who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangements between the winner and the assignee. The winner must provide the Promoter with certified copies of all required documentation as required by the Promoter before the car is awarded. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined by the Promoter in its discretion.
Prize 4 and Prize 6 Conditions:
Travel must be taken within 12 months from being drawn as a winner. Prize cannot be taken during Australian school holidays, public holidays, other peak periods or block out dates. Block out dates include but are not limited to the following:
- 2024 Block out dates: 1st January – 5th February, 29th March – 1st April, 15th April – 26th April, 10th June, 8th – 19th July, 30th September – 11th October, 23rd December – 31st December
- 2025 Block out dates: 1st January – 5th February, 14th April – 25th April (for any redraw winner).
All travel is subject to availability at all times and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with an accommodation partner.
All bookings must be made a minimum of 90 days in advance of requested departure dates.
All bookings and documentation regarding the prize must be made via Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd or their agents.
Redeeming the prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices.
No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. The prize is not-refundable or transferable.
The winner and his/her travel companion(s) must be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity on it prior to departure.
The winner is responsible for any amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed.

It is the winner’s responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point.

Travel must be taken within 6 months from the date of winner notification. Prize cannot be taken during Australian school holidays, public holidays or other peak periods. If the winner is unavailable or unwilling to travel during the period required by the Promoter, they will forfeit their right to the prize and will not be awarded cash or any other alternative in lieu.
Both the winner and their guests must be aged 18 years or over.
Travel itinerary will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any of the destinations or events forming part of the prize. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to check government advisories and/or conditions regarding the safety and situation of any such destinations.
If the prize cannot be provided as intended due to any COVID 19 related restrictions or guidelines, the Promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize in lieu.
The spending money will be awarded in the form of a $1,000 Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard®.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard are not included. The Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. Helicopter transfer service requires pax weight prior to departure to calculate weight and balance. Prize 5 Car Hire Prize Conditions:
Car hire prize is subject to standard rental conditions. Petrol and insurance are not included. The driver must have a current valid driver’s licence issued in an Australian State or Territory and meet the age requirement of 25 years old (“Driver”). If the winner or their companion fail to meet the age requirement of the hire car as required by the Promoter, they will forfeit their right to the car hire portion of the prize and will not receive anything in lieu.
The Driver must not be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol. The Promoter in its absolute discretion reserves the right to refuse to allow the winner to take the car hire prize component if they reasonably believe a nominated Driver poses a safety risk or for any other reason.
Spending Money Prize Conditions (Prizes 4, 5, 6, 7, 9 and 10):
The prize is paid by direct deposit to the winner’s nominated Australian bank account in their name.
The winner must provide their Australian bank account details to the Promoter in order for the prize to be awarded.
Prize 10 Additional Conditions:
Tokyo Supercar drive experience: In order to take advantage of the Tokyo Supercar drive experience, the winner and their companion must hold a current, valid and unrestricted driver’s licence issued in an Australian State or Territory.
Tokyo Supercar drive experience and Helicopter Experience (‘Experiences’): The winner and their companion acknowledge that the Experiences are potentially dangerous activities, which may result in injury or death, and participate at their own risk. The winner and their companion (a) must attend, undergo and pass any appropriate training, briefings, safety demonstrations, required medical tests and other requirements (including blood alcohol testing) of the Promoter and the prize supplier as determined by them in their absolute discretion; (b) must declare to the Promoter or the prize supplier any health-related issues that may affect their safe participation in the Experiences and obtain a written clearance from their doctor in this respect; (c) must not have any heart condition or history thereof, or other medical conditions that would make it dangerous to participate in the Experiences; (d) must not be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol; (e) must comply with all directions of the Promoter, the prize supplier, the nominated driver and race officials; and (f) must wear all safety and other equipment required. The Promoter and the prize supplier in their absolute discretion (a) reserve the right to refuse to allow the winner to take part in any or all aspects of the Experiences if they reasonably believe the winner poses a safety risk or for any other reason; (c) may cancel the Experiences if the conditions are deemed dangerous. If the Experiences are varied for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter it may not be rescheduled and in which case, no compensation will be offered.
Voucher and Gift Card General Prize Conditions:
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a gift card/voucher are not included. Any unused balance of a gift card/voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a gift card/voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the gift card/voucher.
