Step Two: Discover where the bike is located from the clues provided
Step Three: Be the first person at the location & crack the lock code
Step Four: Keep the bike!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Promoter is 99 Bikes Pty Ltd ABN 87 123 966 665 of 66 Abbotsford Road, Bowen Hills Qld 4006. (“Promoter”).
Information about the Prize and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.
Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry by each entrant.
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, who enter the promotion in the required manner as stated in these terms and conditions ("Eligible Entrants").
Employees of 99 Bikes Pty Ltd, its related bodies corporate, suppliers, agencies, licensees, and their immediate families are not permitted to enter.
The competition will commence at 12:30pm AEDT on Wednesday 5 March 2025 and will continue until 2.00pm AEDT on Sunday, 9 March 2025.
Eligible Entrants may enter the competition by following @pedalbikes_anz and @99bikes on Instagram and be the first to arrive at the location.
When arriving at the location, the entrant must solve the 3 digit HipLok Z Lok code using the clue provided.
The combination clue will be published on the @99bikes and @pedalbikes_anz Instagram and Facebook accounts.
Prize for Wednesday 5th of March 2025 will be eligible from 12.30pm AEDT until 2.00pm AEDT.
Prize for Thursday 6th of March 2025 will be eligible from 12.30pm AEDT until 2.00pm AEDT.
Prize for Friday 7th of March 2025 will be eligible from 12.30pm AEDT until 2.00pm AEDT.
Prize for Saturday 8th of March 2025 will be eligible from 12.30pm AEDT until 2.00pm AEDT.
Prize for Sunday 9th of March 2023 will be eligible from 12.30pm AEDT until 2.00pm AEDT.

Maximum one (1) entry per Eligible Entrant.
Entries received will be considered final by the Promoters.
Entries which are incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, illegible, inappropriate, offensive or incomprehensible or which infringe intellectual property rights will be deemed invalid.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize.
If the Promoter is unable to provide the Prize Winner with the nominated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative Prize of similar monetary value.
If the Prize Winner does not accept any element of the Prize, the Promoter is not obliged to provide the Prize Winner with a substitute Prize.
Each winner will receive one prize pack consisting of either: a Pedal Jet 3, Pedal Ranger 4, Pedal Uptown DLX, Pedal Raven 3 or a Pedal Electric Bike of the promoter’s choosing.
Each winner will also receive a Met Echo Helmet, a Shokz OpenRun Pro Wireless headset and a Hiplok Z Lok.
The Prize Winners must take the Prize as offered. The Prize is not transferable, redeemable, refundable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 99 Bikes will decide what prize pack each winner receives. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not consist of anything other than what is expressly set out in the conditions above. All expenses and use of the prize are solely the responsibility of the winner and, as applicable.
There will be 45 prize winners (“Prize Winners”). Prize winners will be selected at the discretion of 99 Bikes and Pedal Bikes.
Only one person per prize is eligible to win. Prize winners cannot win a prize twice.
Prize winners will be announced on 99 Bikes and Pedal Bikes Instagram accounts throughout the duration of the promotion (5th March - 9th March 2025).
By accepting the prize, the prize winner is consenting to a photo being posted on the @pedalbikes_au and @99bikes Instagram and Facebook accounts.
By accepting the prize, the prize winner is consenting to the photographic, video, audio and/or any other form of electronic recording (“recorded material”) by or on behalf of 99 Bikes Pty Ltd ABN 87 123 966 665 and its related bodies corporate and suppliers (“99 Bikes”), and authorise 99 Bikes to use, reproduce and publish (whether electronically or otherwise) all or any such recorded material, as well as all or any written, photographic, video, audio and/or any other form of electronic material to 99 Bikes & Pedal Bikes, from time to time, for purposes including promotional and educational material such as publications, posters, displays, billboards, websites, annual reports, social media and associated materials, to promote 99 Bikes and Pedal Bikes, its products and services.
By accepting the prize, the prize winners waives the right to monies including but not limited to fees, royalties or any other commissions, and will make no further claims on 99 Bikes and Pedal Bikes in relation to this consent, or the material to which it refers.
By accepting the prize, the prize winner is providing 99 Bikes and Pedal Bikes with unlimited, perpetual, irrevocable, world-wide, royalty-free and fully sub-licensable licence to make full use of the recorded material.


The prize winners’ details will be published on 99 Bikes website and social media channels no later than Monday, 10th of March 2025.
The Promoter reserves the right to terminate the competition and withhold the Prize in the event that, in the Promoter's opinion, there are insufficient entries for the Promoter to be able to select a Prize Winner or where, in the Promoter’s opinion, improper conduct by an entrant (or any number of them) has rendered the competition unfair to all entrants.
The Promoter’s decision is final with respect to any aspect of the competition, including the determination of any Prize Winner.
No correspondence will be entered into.
