WHO CAN ENTER?
Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 and above, where the Channel Seven (and affiliates) signal is received.
Employees and their immediate friends and families of the Seven Network (Operations) Limited (the “Promoter”), Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia Pty Ltd (the “Sponsor”), Ansible Pty Ltd, and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER
The Competition commences Tuesday 15th April 2025 at 10:00am AEST and concludes Saturday 10th May 2025 at 14:00 AEST (“the Competition Period”).
To enter, viewers must watch Better Homes & Gardens (“the Program”) on the Seven Network (“the Network”) at 19:00 AEST, throughout the Competition Period. There will be a competition segment aired during every episode of the Program in the competition period, which will display the on screen codeword and information on how to enter. Each entrant must enter into the competition with the valid codeword within the competition period.
In order to enter the Competition, viewers must go to
www.7plus.com.au/bhg and complete the entry form including the entrant’s full name and full address including suburb, state and postcode, along with the valid codeword (“Online”).
Entrants may enter the Competition once per person per day throughout the Competition Period. The time of entry will in each case the time the online entry is received by the Promoter’s database. Online entries via scripting and/or computer generation are invalid and will not be accepted.
Entries that meet the requirements of clauses 3.3 and adhere to these Terms and Conditions will be deemed a Valid Entry (“Valid Entry”). Each Valid Entry received over the duration of the Competition Period will be entered into the Prize Draw.

4.3 The total maximum prize pool value for the Prize is $3,691.00 (including GST). The prize value is correct as at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in Prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the Prize/s is awarded. Prize/s are not transferable, exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise advised.
4.4 In accepting their Prize, the Winner agrees to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, and the Winner grants the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.5 The Winner agrees they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.
4.6 It is a condition of accepting a Prize that the Winner and their travelling companion must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize and the Promoter’s and Sponsor’s requirements.
4.7 In the event that an element of a Prize outlined in the above is not available for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with a similar product of equal or greater value, subject to state regulations.
4.8 The Winner may be required to provide valid identification to the Promoter.
4.9 The Promoter may vary these Terms and Conditions at its discretion, subject to state government
legislation.
4.10 The Winner must confirm travel dates with the Sponsor and/or Ansible Pty Ltd within 45 buisness
days prior to departure.
4.11 If the Winner is unable to participate in the Prize within 12 months of the date the prize is drawn –
which will be Sunday 10 May 2026, they will be considered an invalid entrant and forfeit the Prize in
its entirety. There will be no second-chance draw.
4.12 The Winner is unable to book their trip during the following blackout dates:

4.13 Once confirmed in writing, accommodation, touring and flights are not changeable without incurring extra fees at the Winner’s expense. The Promoter, Sponsor and Ansible Pty Ltd do not accept responsibility for any fees incurred as a result of any changes made and these costs will be borne by the Winner.
4.14 The Winner and their travelling companion are responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to meals (unless specified), incidentals, vaccinations, travel insurance, spending money, activities (unless specified), taxes (including departure tax) and all transfers other than those specified. The Winner and travelling companion are responsible for any expenses that are not expressly detailed in clause 4.2.
4.15 A government issued photographic identification will be requested upon check-in at Ayers Rock Resort for ID verification purposes.
4.16 A credit card authorisation must also be provided upon check-in to cover any incidental charges including (without limitation) telephone charges, mini bar charges, room service charges, security bond or deposit for any breakages, damage or cleaning charges in excess of the normal level of cleaning incurred during your stay.
4.17 Please note that Ayers Rock Resort no longer accepts cash as a form of payment.
4.18 The Winner and travel companion will have the option to share a king sized bed in the hotel room or
choose two queen beds in the hotel room.
4.19 It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner and their travelling companion must comply
with all the conditions of use of the Prize and the Prize supplier’s requirements.
4.20 Flights and accommodation are subject to availability at the time of booking and are non-transferable
and cannot be exchanged for other destinations. Flights must be booked by the Prize Sponsor at the same time as accommodation dates are determined. Any alterations to confirmed flight and/ or accommodation details will be at the expense of the Winner.

4.21 Flights will be taken on airline/s determined at Promoter’s discretion.
4.22 The Winner will choose which Australian domestic airport flights depart from and return to, based on
their residential location.
4.23 The Winner and their travelling companion must travel at the same time (departing and returning on
the same flights as each other). The Winner’s travel companion must be 18 years or over.
4.24 Air Tickets are available on the regular scheduled services of each airline and are subject to seasonal
embargos. Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on the airline’s departure city and their current flight schedule. Frequent Flyer points are not available from any airline on the travel Prize and the Winner, and their travelling companions cannot upgrade any travel Prize using Frequent Flyer points. Once airfares are booked and confirmed the Winner cannot make changes.
4.25 The Promoter, Sponsor and their associated agencies and companies and any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the Prize(s) make no representation as to the safety conditions or other issues that may exist at any venue or accommodation associated with the Prize.
4.26 The Prize cannot be split across different time periods.
4.27 The Prize must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable, transferrable or refundable. The Prize
value is in Australian dollars. The Promoter and Sponsor do not take any responsibility for any tax consequences or imposts that arise from the receipt of the Prize. The Winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their Prize Winning and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their Prize.
4.28 Once the Prize is accepted, the Prize can be requested via the Sponsor’s email at
sales@voyages.com.au, Monday - Friday between 09.00 - 17.00 AEST. The Promoter, Ansible Pty Ltd and Sponsor are not responsible nor liable for a Prize that is delayed, misdirected or lost in transit.
4.29 By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the Winner and travelling companion also agree to comply with the Guest Conduct Policy which is available at
https://www.ayersrockresort.com.au/terms-and-conditions/guest-conduct. Additionally, by participating in the touring in the Prize, the Winner and the travelling companion agree to comply with all local laws and customs (including those of cultural significance) that are informed of by Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia Pty Ltd.
4.30 The Promoter may require Prize Winner to sign a waiver of liability and indemnity in the form determined by the Promoter and/or Sponsor in its absolute discretion.
4.31 The Promoter may vary these terms and conditions at its discretion, subject to state government legislation.
4.32 Prize/s are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the Sponsor or the Promoter.
5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the Winner.
5.2 There will be One (1) Winner drawn at random from the pool of online entrants received throughout
the Competition Period. The Winner will receive the Prize detailed in clause 4.2.
5.3 The Prize Draw will be held at Ansible Pty Ltd, Level 3, 100 Chalmers Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 on
Monday 12th May 2025 at 14:30 AEST.
5.4 The Winner will be notified via phone call and in writing by Ansible Pty Ltd within two (2) days of the Prize Draw. The Winner’s entry details (first name initial, last name and postcode) will be published on the 7plus website at
www.7plus.com.au/bhg from Wednesday 14th May 2025.
5.5 The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.6 The Promoter may in its absolute discretion deem entries invalid subsequently to a Winner being notified or a Winner’s name being announced if it is discovered that the Winner did not enter the Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions. In these circumstances, a redraw will be conducted to re-allocate the Prize to a Valid Winner.
5.7 It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
5.8 Once the Prize is accepted, the Winner must deal directly with the Sponsor to organise Prize fulfillment.
5.10 In the event of an unclaimed Prize, an unclaimed Prize draw will take place at Ansible Pty Ltd, Level 3, 100 Chalmers Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010 Australia on Monday 16th July 2025 at 10:00 AEST and the new Winner will be notified by email and phone call within two (2) buisness days. The unclaimed Prize Winner’s details will be published on the 7plus website from Wednesday 18th July 2025.

6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, COVID-19, pandemic, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to state government legislation.
6.2 Seven Network (Operations) Limited, the Sponsor and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for Prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail and/or Prize money payment transfers.
6.3 Seven Network (Operations) Limited, the Sponsor and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
a) during the Prize Draw;
b) in the acceptance, participation or use of any element(s) of the Prize;
c) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
d) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the Competition or the publication of any
material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other
entrants or any other person; or
e) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines
or mobile communications network related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
6.4 Seven Network (Operations) Limited, the Sponsor and its associated agencies and companies assumes
no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available, subject to state government legislation.
6.5 If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to state government legislation.

7.3 Entrants who opt-in to receiving marketing communication from the Sponsor on the entry form, agree that Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia Pty Ltd will receive their personal information, and to which Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia Pty Ltd may send marketing communications from time to time. Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia will handle the personal information of the entrants (e.g. first name, last name, postcode, email address) in accordance with their privacy policy, which can be accessed at

7.4 All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter.
