TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility: Entry is exclusive to financial members of Ballina RSL Club Ltd.
2. Promotion Period: Begins Saturday 1st November 2025 at 9am and concludes Monday 26th January 2026 at
5pm.
3. Entry Method: Members receive one entry ticket per completed transaction when purchasing a schooner or
pint of the following beverages: , Great Northern Crisp 3.5, Carlton Dry, Carlton Draught & VB
4. Transaction Types: Valid purchases include those made via cash, EFTPOS, credit card, or YR Points.
5. Ticket Allocation: One ticket is issued per qualifying transaction.
6. Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the promotion active at the time of purchase and are not transferable
to other promotions.
7. Entry System: Eligible members are automatically entered into a virtual barrel.
8. Draw Details: The prize draw will take place on Monday 26th January 2026, following the Kids Fishing
Competition presentation.
9. Winner Selection: The winner will be determined via a Virtual Barrel Draw.
10. Redraw Clause: If the drawn ticket is invalid, a redraw will occur from the original pool until a valid winner is
found.
11. Prize Details: Summer Outdoor Adventure Pack valued at $10,000.
12. Prize Conditions: The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and valid for one transaction only.
13. Prize Collection: The winner does not have to be present at the draw. The winner will be contacted via phone.
14. The winner is responsible for collecting the prize and must do so within 7 days of being notified.
15. RSA Compliance: The promotion will always adhere to the principles of Responsible Service of Alcohol.
16. Final Decision: The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.
17. Exclusions: Staff, management, and Board of Directors of Ballina RSL Club Ltd are not eligible to participate.
