General conditions of entry to the draws and competitions held by SMS Your Gift- Entry to each draw or competition (further named as promotion) is open to all persons specified in each single promotion held by SMS Your Gift. Employees and their immediate families of SMS Your Gift, its agencies and any entities associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter;

- Winners will be announced on our website within two days after the period of entry has ended;
- Winners will be notified by SMS or Email within two days after the period of entry has ended;
- Illegible or incomplete entries will be ineligible;
- In the event that SMS Your Gift is unable to supply the prize, SMS Your Gift reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value.
- If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of SMS Your Gift) which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this promotion, SMS Your Gift reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the draw or competition;
