Prizes will be drawn at Reader’s Digest, 80 Bay St Ultimo NSW 2007. The daily draws will take place every weekday from 23/09/10-20/10/10 with draws for weekends and public holidays (in New South Wales) taking place on the following business day. The Grand Prize Draw will take place on 20/10/10. All prizes will be drawn at 10:30am.

The promotional material, information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Employees of Reader's Digest, WDF Coghlan Limited, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter. All eligible entries will have an equal chance to win. Reader's Digest cannot accept responsibility for lost, misdirected or delayed entries.

Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary 20/01/11 in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date. In the event that the Grand Prize is awarded in the unclaimed prize draw, the winner will be published in ‘The Australian’ on 27/01/11.
