Terms and Conditions:
1. Entry to our competitions requires a full name and postal address in order to be eligible. By entering our competition you authorise Tonic Gifts to add you to the newsletter database.
2. The competition commences from the day it first appears on the website and closes on the date specified.
3. Entry is open to anyone who visits
www.tonicgifts.com.au.
4. Winners are published on the Tonic Gifts website.
5. Prize values mentioned in competitions are at the recommended retail value and are correct at the time of
publishing.
6. Tonic Gift vouchers are not included as a product choice in our Subscriber Competition.
7. Judges' decision is final in relation to any aspect of the competition and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners are drawn at random from the database of entries.
8. Prizes will be despatched to winners within 30 days from the close of promotion.
9. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure their member details are current and if required, to contact us within 14 days from the end of the competition.
10. Tonic Gifts takes no responsibility for lost prizes on transit.
11. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with our competitions are governed by our privacy policy.
