1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

www.catalogues4u.com.au and are available to travel on 20/12/2010. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

4. Promotion commences on 07/11/2010 and closes at 11.59pm AEDST on 11/12/2010 (“Promotional Period”).

7. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
8. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

Only one (1) entry permitted per person.10. The draw will take place at Anisimoff Legal, Suite 1, Level 1, 34 Chandos Street, St Leonards, NSW 2065 on 13/12/2010 at 1.00pm AEDST. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Winner will be notified in writing and will have their name published on
www.catalogues4u.com.au on 16/12/2010. If the winner resides in Victoria, their name will also be published in The Australian on 16/12/2010. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The first valid entry drawn will win that entrant (“Participant”) the opportunity to play the Game for the chance to win a Mazda CX-7 Classic with automatic transmission.

The Game will take place at Mazda Australia, 385 Ferntree Gully Road, Mount Waverley, VIC 3149 on 21/12/2010 at 11.00am AEDST. In order to participate in the Game, if the drawn Participant resides outside of VIC, they will receive a trip for two (2) adults to Melbourne, VIC valued at up to $3,000 depending on point of departure. Trip includes return economy airfares from their nearest capital city to Melbourne, VIC (with flights departing on 20/12/2010 and returning on 21/12/2010), return transfers from airport to accommodation, one (1) night accommodation at Rendezvous Hotel, Melbourne, and one (1) dinner for two (2) adults at the Number 8 at Crown restaurant valued at up to $300. If a drawn Participant resides within VIC, the Participant will receive one (1) night accommodation at Rendezvous Hotel, Melbourne and one (1) dinner for two (2) adults at the Number 8 at Crown restaurant valued at up to $300. However they will be responsible for transport to and from accommodation. Spending money, additional meals, taxes, insurance, transport to and from the departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature (including but not limited to in-room charges) and all other ancillary costs are not included. If the Participant cannot attend the Game, the Participant may appoint a proxy over 18 years of age to play the Game on his/her behalf provided the Participant gives the Promoter written, signed notice to that effect before the start of the Game. If the Promoter has not been able to contact the Participant before the start of the Game, a representative of the Promoter will play the Game on the Participant’s behalf.
13. There will be one hundred (100) numbered game pieces placed within the cargo area of a Mazda CX-7 Classic at the start of the Game. Each number on each game piece will correspond to a prize. The list of prizes and corresponding numbers will be pre-determined by the Promoter and will not be shown to the Participant. One (1) game piece will be marked with a number that corresponds to the Mazda CX-7 Classic vehicle. The other ninety-nine (99) game pieces will each be marked with a number that corresponds to a minor prize (as listed in Clause 14 below). The Participant / proxy / representative (“Attendee”) must choose only one (1) game piece without interfering in any way with any of the other game pieces on display. If the Attendee is found to have breached this condition, he/she will be disqualified.
If the Attendee selects the game piece marked with the number that corresponds to the Mazda CX-7 Classic vehicle as listed on the Promoter’s list, then, subject to verification by the judges, the drawn Participant will win a Mazda CX-7 Classic vehicle with automatic transmission valued at up to AU$36,900 including registration, compulsory third party insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery charges (which may vary State by State). Additional insurance, options, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the major prize winner. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, accommodate the major prize winner’s colour preference (excluding metallic options), subject to availability. The major prize winner must collect the prize from their nearest authorised Mazda dealership. If the Attendee selects a game piece marked with a number corresponding to a minor prize, then the Mazda CX-7 Classic vehicle prize will not be given away and, subject to verification by the judges, the drawn Participant will win the minor prize corresponding to the number marked on that game piece as listed on the Promoter’s list.
14. Ninety-nine (99) of the game pieces will each contain a number representing a minor prize. There are ninety-nine (99) minor prizes as follows:

15. The drawn Participant’s odds of winning the Mazda CX-7 Classic vehicle prize, are 1 in 100 The odds of being drawn as a Participant may be significantly higher than the odds of the drawn Participant winning the major prize, and will depend upon the number of entries received.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a gift card/gift voucher are not included. Any unused balance of a gift card/gift voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a gift card/gift voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the gift card/gift voucher.
16. Mobile phone prize is a handset only. Winner will be responsible for making all arrangements for connection with a service provider and payment of all associated connection, access and call charges.
17. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
18. Total prize pool value is up to $39,900. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
19. A draw for the prize selected by the Attendee of the Game, if unclaimed by the originally drawn winner, may take place on 15/03/2011 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winner will be notified in writing and will have their name published on
www.catalogues4u.com.au on 18/03/2011. If the winner resides in Victoria, their name will also be published in The Australian on 18/03/2011.
20. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
21. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

Entry is conditional on providing this information.
