The competition is open to Australian residents only. The Promoter’s employees and their immediate families and the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

To enter, individuals must, during the Promotion Period, purchase any participating Revolution® product (Puppie & Kitten 3 or 15, Cat’s 3 or 6 and Dog’s 3 or 6) from a participating vet clinic or Pet Store. To enter the competition, the individual must:

www.winrevolution.com.au and accurately complete all required fields in the entry form. This includes an answer to “in twenty five (25) words or less, tell us what your favourite pet-friendly spot is and why”, the product barcode, the receipt number and the name of their vet clinic or pet store.

Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) each entry must relate to the separate purchase of a Participating Product; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (c) a maximum of 1 entry per person/household may be submitted per day. Entrants must retain their receipts for all entries.#

# The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The final judging will take place on Thursday 07.04.11 at 19a Boundary Street, Rushcutters Bay.
# Major prize winner will be notified by email or phone by the Thursday 14.04.11. They will be instructed to collect their prize at a participating vet clinic.
# The minor prize winners will receive their prize via mail within 60 days of the draw date.
# There will be a redraw if the major prize winner does not collect the major prize within 2 months after notification and the redraw will be conducted at 19a Boundary Street, Rushcutters Bay on 28.06.11. The redraw winner will be notified by phone or email on 28.06.11.
# In the event that the winner of any prize is under the age of 18 the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian on their behalf.
# All other costs and other requirements associated with the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
# Prize values are correct at the time of printing. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes.
# Entries not completed in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or received after the Promotion Period ends will not be considered. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be disregarded. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
# The Promoter reserves the right to request Winners to provide proof of identity; proof of residency at the nominated Prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity (including store receipt for purchase requirement) in order to claim a Prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a Winner cannot provide suitable proof, the promoter may deem the Winner invalid, and the Winner will forfeit the Prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
