Mrs Mac’s Squarz “Review” Competition - Terms and Conditions
1. The Competition is being run by Mrs Mac’s Pty Ltd (ACN 009 068 473) of 5-9 Marchant Way, Morley, WA 6062 (“Mrs Mac’s).
2. By entering the Competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
3. This Competition commences at 12:00pm on Sunday, 6 November 2011 (AWST) and the closing time for entering the Competition is 6:00pm on Wednesday, 21 December 2011 (AWST).
4. Entry is open to Australian residents. Directors, officers, employees of Mrs Mac’s and agencies associated with this Competition and their immediate family are ineligible to enter this Competition.
5. To enter, participants must submit a review of a Mrs Mac’s Squarz which may consist of text, image and/or video to the website:
www.fillthegap.com.au.
6. Entry is free and participants can submit as many reviews as they want.
7. Mrs Mac’s will determine the best review using its absolute discretion with criteria that may include but is not limited to which review is the most skilful, clever, memorable and likeable and the number of associated ‘like’ scores on
www.fillthegap.com.au.
8. The participant who submits the review that Mrs Mac’s determines to be the best review will be deemed the winner and they will be awarded the prize of a trip for two (2) to one (1) of the following destinations: London or New York or Venice, Italy to be supplied by Free 2 Travel valued at up to AUD $17,500.00 consisting of the following:
(a) London: return economy flights for 2 from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to London, all airline and airport taxes, return private transfers from airport to accommodation at destination, 7 nights accommodation at the Royal Trafalgar Hotel twin share (or hotel of similar price) including daily breakfast, 6 day London sightseeing pass including Travel Card with access to over 50 top attractions including Tower of London, St Paul’s Cathedral, London Zoo, Kensington Palace, Thames River Cruise, 135-minute relaxing aroma stone massage at the exclusive Elemis Day Spa per person, Gourmet dinner at Jamie Oliver’s ‘Fifteen’ to the value of GBP 200.00 and AUD $2000.00 spending money; or
(b) New York: return economy flights for 2 from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to New York, all airline and airport taxes, return private transfers from airport to accommodation at destination, 7 nights accommodation at the Crowne Plaza Times Square twin share (or hotel of similar price) including daily breakfast, 3 day New York Pass with access to over 40 top attractions including Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, Madame Tussauds and Guggenheim and AUD $2000.00 spending money; or
(c) Venice, Italy: return economy flights for 2 from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Venice, Italy, all airline and airport taxes, return private transfers from airport to accommodation at destination, 7 nights accommodation at the Hotel All Angelo twin share (or hotel of similar price) including daily breakfast, St Mark’s Square highlights tour including entry to St Marks Basilica, Private Venice Gondola Ride and Serenade on the canals of Venice, 80-minute aromatherapy massage at the exclusive ‘Espace’ per person, gourmet dinner at ‘Aromis’ to the value of EUR 250.00 and AUD $2000.00 spending money.
9. The winner will be responsible for all other costs associated with using the prize and travel insurance is not included.
10. The winner will be notified on 23 December 2011 by telephone and email.
11. By entering this Competition, participants acknowledge that they are over the age of eighteen (18) years, or if under the age of eighteen (18) years, that they have their parents or legal guardian’s consent to enter the competition.
12. If the winner is under the age of eighteen (18) years the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian.
13. The prize is not redeemable for cash or an alternative prize.
14. The prize is not transferrable.
15. Participants are required to abide by the terms and conditions as presented.
16. Mrs Mac’s and its related bodies corporate, officers, employees and agents are not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any problems or any financial costs incurred, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other persons related to or resulting from participation in this Competition.
17. Mrs Mac’s and its related bodies corporate, officers, employees and agents accept no responsibility and shall not be held liable or responsible for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property whether direct or indirect, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with this Competition or the prize, either during or after the Competition.
18. Entry into this Competition by a participant shall be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions and Mrs Mac’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. All participants of this Competition agree to grant Mrs Mac’s legal ownership including copyright ownership of their submitted reviews which Mrs Mac’s may use and deal with without restriction.
20. Personal information provided by a participant to Mrs Mac’s for the purpose of entering the Competition will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with Mrs Mac’s Privacy Statement available at
http://www.mrsmacs.com.au/resources/Mrs-Macs-Privacy-Policy.pdf subject to Mrs Mac’s being able to use personal information provided in this Competition for promotional and marketing purposes for twelve (12) months from the closing time of the Competition.
21. The terms and conditions of this Competition are governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia
