1. Promotion commences on 01/02/2013 and closes 11:59PM AEST on 02/04/2013.
2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the
competition is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.

4. Entry is open to all Australian and New Zealand residents age 18 or older. Employees of the
Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible, as are employees of agencies associated with
this promotion.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify
any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in
accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
6. Only one entry per person permitted per competition.
7. The blanket promotional period (the "Promotional Period") commences on 1
st
February 2012 at
10:00am (AEDT) and concludes on 2
nd
April 2013 at 11:59pm (AEST).
8. The Promoter will run a series of promotional competitions during the Promotional Period to
support brands that include REVLON and ALMAY. Each individual competition will have its own
deadline for entry, prizes, and prize drawing.
9. To be included in prize drawings participants must complete the details required in the
competition form on the website (
www.almay.com.au/competitions) and submit electronically to
the Promoter so that it is received by the Promoter before the applicable deadline. Entries received
after such deadline shall be disqualified.
11. Entrants can only enter in their own name and use their own email address. The Promoter
reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity, proof of residency at the
nominated prize delivery address, and/or proof of entry validity. Proof of age, identification,
residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. The
Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of any prize claim or entry before
awarding a prize.12. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be taken
for lost, late or misdirected entries. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or
illegible entries. Neither the Promoter nor any of its affiliates or employees accept responsibility for
any data loss or delay resulting from any network, computer hardware or software failure of any
kind or otherwise.
13. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission.
14. Each manual prize draw will take place up to 30 days after each competition has ended, at
REVLON AUSTRALIA 12 Julius Avenue, North Ryde NSW 2113 at 10.00am. The Promoter's decision as
to winners will be final and binding. All winners will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw
date and published on the Almay website within 7 days of the draw.
15. Major prize(s): The first eligible entry drawn from all valid entries received for the applicable
draw will receive one of the following prizes – one of 100 Almay gift packs, that will include a
selection of Almay products; and other items, as chosen by the Promoter, with a maximum retail
value of AUD $80.80 NZ $97.45
17. Prizes will vary between competitions but each individual prize will not exceed AU$1,000 (NZ
$1,224.76 valid pricing at 28/7/2010) and the total prize pool for each competition will not exceed
AU$5000 (NZ $6,107.50 valid pricing at 11 August 2011) 18. Total maximum retail value of the total
prize pool for all campaigns over The Promotional Period is AU$100,000 (NZ $122,247.76 valid
pricing at 27 August 2011).
19. If the prizes are unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute
any of the prizes for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to state regulation and subsequent
approval.
20. Prize values are GST inclusive, are in Australian and New Zealand dollars, and are valued at the
recommended retail value as provided by the supplier.
21. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied by entrants/winners. Prizes are not
transferrable; prizes will be given only to winners selected by the Promoter. No cash or other
alternative prize will be given for any reason. If for any reason whatsoever a winner does not accept
an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be
forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the Prize.
22. Programming and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these conditions of entry, all valid prize claims in
excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy
these terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. If any prizes remain unclaimed as at
5pm AEST on 24 December 2012, a second chance draw/s will be held at 10am AEST on 11 January
2013 at the same place as the original draw/s subject to any directions given under applicable law.
The second chance draw winner/s will be notified by email within 2 days of the second chance draw
date and published on the Almay website (
www.almay.com.au/competition) 18 January 2013.
