Individuals will gain entries into the prize draw for undertaking the following actions

Completing the entry form on the Allied Publishers website (http://www.alliedpublishers.com.au/internationalgolfsurvey/), unless clearly stated otherwise members will earn 1 entry per survey completed.

Completing a survey sent in a marketing email message sent by Allied Publishers, unless clearly stated otherwise members will earn a maximum of 1 entry per message. Completing a survey on an onsite advertisement on the Allied Publishers website, unless clearly stated otherwise members will earn a maximum of 1 entry per advertisement.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 16 years or over. Employees and immediate families of Allied Publishers and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

If you are completing this survey for another individual, you warrant that you have sought and received their permission, and that they agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of Allied Publishers

Allied Publishers reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Only one account per person permitted. Promotion commences 19/08/13. Entries close 11:59pm EST on 18/08/14.

Draw will take place on 15/09/13 at Suite 509, 19 Roseby St, Drummoyne, NSW 2040, Australia. Winners will be notified by mail, email and telephone and the names of winners of prizes valued at over $100 will be published in The Allied Publishers website at http://www.alliedpublishers.com.au/internationalgolfsurvey/winners/ 16/09/14. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The first valid entry drawn will win $5,000 in sponsor vouchers (AUD) This will be in the form of a voucher redeemable by the winner.

Total prize value is $ 5,000. Any costs in excess of the value of the prize (including GST) and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Allied Publishers shall not be liable for a prize that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Redemption of the prize is subject to the terms and conditions specified on any prize literature.

Allied Publishers may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary at 3:00pm on 08/10/14 in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date.
