1. The “Reef Fiesta” promotion is conducted by Casinos Austria International
(Cairns) Pty Ltd, ACN 062 222 011 (“Casinos Austria”)

To enter the promotion patrons must be 18 years of age or older
3.
The promotion will run for 13 weeks commencing at 9:00am on Monday 28th
October and will conclude at 6:00pm on Monday January 27th. It will consist
of a number of draws
4.
Entry in the promotion will be subject to these rules and conditions. Lodgement
of a prize draw entry form will confirm your acceptance of these rules and
conditions.
5.
To enter the promotion, you must first win on one (1) of the “selected bets”
listed on the “Reef Fiesta” table presenters, stay at Pullman Reef Hotel Casino
or spend $20 or more on any one (1) occasion in Tamarind or Flinders Bar
& Grill. You must then complete a prize draw entry form and lodge it in the
designated prize barrel situated inside the Casino
6.
Every Sunday from the 3rd of November till the 26th January inclusive, there
will be five (5) half hourly cash draws occurring at approximately 7:00pm
($500), 7:30pm ($500), 8:00pm ($1000), 8:30pm ($1000) and 9:00pm
($2000)
7.
On the days of Sunday Dec 1st 9:30pm, Wednesday January 1st 1:00am and
Monday January 27th 6:00pm, there will be a major prize draw for a brand
new Ford Fiesta each valued at over $18,978 drive away. The total prize pool
for this promotion will be $122,728
8.
After each Ford Fiesta draw, the barrel will be emptied and all tickets removed
will be destroyed. The barrel will be returned to the floor to receive further
entries no later than one (1) hour following the draw
9.
If your prize draw entry form is drawn from the prize barrel, your name will
be announced. To be eligible to claim you must be present at the draw when
your name is called and must then produce photo identification acceptable
to Casinos Austria within three (3) minutes of your name being announced.
Acceptable documentation includes a Driver’s Licence, Passport or identification
documents of a similar nature that clearly identify your name and identity.
Any prize not claimed within three (3) minutes of the announcement will be
re-drawn
10.
Casinos Austria cannot guarantee that announcements can be heard in all parts
of the main gaming floor or any level two (2) gaming area at all times during
draw announcements. It is the patron’s responsibility to be in a position within
the complex to hear the announcement
11.
Prize draw entry forms will not be replaced if lost. To be valid, only one (1)
name - being a natural person, along with the person’s email address, mobile
number, postcode and/or Reef Club membership number must be entered on
each prize draw entry form
12.
By accepting a prize in this promotion you consent to the publication of your
name and/or photograph in any form of media and you agree to participate
in any reasonable promotion requested by Casinos Austria or The Reef Hotel
Casino
13.
Officers and employees of The Reef Hotel Casino, Casinos Austria, Accor Asia
Pacific, or Pullman Reef Hotel Casino are not eligible to enter the promotion
14.
Eligibility to enter and/or to claim a prize in the promotion is at the sole
discretion of Casinos Austria whose decision shall be final. No correspondence
will be entered into.
15.
All prize draw entry forms remain the property of Casinos Austria.
16.
Prize is not transferable
17.
The laws of the state of Queensland will govern this promotion
