Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prize form part of these Conditions of Entry.

2. Entry is open to Australian residents over the age of 18 who enter between the specified dates and who visit the competition facebook page and enter their name and email address.

3. Entry is not open to directors, management, employees, associated agencies and their immediate families of the promoter Unicharm Australasia Pty Ltd ABN 33006884546 at 3 Lake Drive, Dingley, Victoria 3172, phone 03 95521222

4. The promotion commences on 07/04/14 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 24/04/14

5. The promotion is deemed a game of skill.

6. The promoter will select a winner based on the best answer it sees fit to win the competition.

7. The promoter will review all entries and select the winner on at 28/04/14.

8. The Promoter will notify the sole winner in writing within two days and publish winner names on https://www.facebook.com/babylovenappies and www.facebook.com/groceryrunau for a period not less than 28 days.

9. The sole winner will win a years supply of BabyLove Nappies Driwave or Nappy pants variants. A Year’s supply of nappies consists of either 40 packs of Bulk Nappies (30-54pk) or Bulk Nappy Pants (20-28pk). The promoter reserves the right to send the packs across three or four delivery dates through the year.

10. The promoter will bear cost of sending the prize to the winner. The promoter may take up to 30 days to send the prize.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify validity of entries or disqualify any entrant for tampering with entry or submitting an entry not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

12. Any costs associated with entering this competition are the sole responsibility of the entrant. Any entry contact details entered incorrectly will be invalid.

13. We reserve the right, subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies, to change any terms contained in these terms of use at any time.

14. This prize is non-transferable.

15. Entry will be deemed as acknowledgement and acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. The Promoter is not liable for incomplete/damaged/misdirected entries. The Promoter’s decision is final.

16. In the event of any prize not being accepted or claimed the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a further draw, in the presence of an independent witness from all all entries of the relevant day the original draw was made from.

17. The Promoter is not liable for any loss/damage/personal injury, suffered/sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

18. The Promoter has no responsibility or liability for any incorrect/inaccurate information associated with the competition, or for technical error/any combination thereof that may occur including but not limited to any omission/interruption/deletion/defect/delay in operation/transmission/communications/ network or any technical problem/ any failure/theft/destruction of entries or any injury/damage to entrant’s or any other person’s related to resulting from participation in this competition.

19. The Promoter will collect each entrant’s personal information to conduct the promotion. If the entrant does not provide the requested information, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering, unless otherwise advised by entrant, each entrant consents to information with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media and promotional material for future promotional purposes without any reference/payment/compensation to the entrant. Once promotion is finished if you wish to change or update your details please contact the promoter. Each entrant’s personal information will be stored at the office of Promoter and may be used by or disclosed to any related entity, employee, contractor or agent of the Promoter for promotional purposes and State/Territory lottery departments.
