There are 3 weekly prizes. The highest score will receive an amount of cash equal to their highest score (up to $300)
The second highest score will receive $100 and the third highest will receive $50.

These conditions form the conditions of the promotion. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entry conditions form part of these conditions.

The Promotion is only open to Australian residents.
The Promotion period commences 12:00am 24th March 2014 and closes midnight 4th May 2014, Australian Central Standard Time (CST).
Entry to the competition is via individuals downloading, playing and submitting their score in the ‘Zip It Up’ App via the Apple App Store. Apple is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion.
Each participant acknowledges and agrees that they release People’s Choice from and indemnify People’s Choice against any liability which may otherwise arise to them directly or indirectly from any illness, injury or death suffered by the winners or any other person for any loss or damage to the property of the winners or any other person as a result of or in connection with this promotion or redeeming or using the prize.
An individual is identified by a unique email address entered when submitting a high score. It is the individual’s responsibility to ensure their email address is valid.
Multiple entries from individuals are permitted during each draw week. Previous winners are ineligible for remaining prize draws.
There are 6 weekly prize draws during the Promotion period comprising of 1x First prize, 1x Second prize and 1x Third prize.
The weekly winners will be the individual who submits the highest score overall in the ‘Zip It Up’ game by midnight of the Sunday of the draw week. Second and Third place will be awarded to the individuals who get the second and third highest scores overall during the draw week. The relevant submission days are as follows:

In the event of a draw the winner will be determined by the earliest submitted entry during the draw week.

The winners will be notified by email on each Tuesday as per the draw dates by 5pm (CST).
First prize for the weekly draw will be equivalent to the dollar value of the highest game score of the weekly winner (maximum of AU$300), Second prize will be AU$100 and Third prize will be AU$50. The prizes will be deposited into a People’s Choice Zip Account and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Total value of prizes (6x AU$300 (maximum), 6x AU$100 and 6x AU$50) is a maximum of AU$2700.
If you are not an existing member of People’s Choice Credit Union, you will be required to open a membership and a Zip Account or a similar corresponding Transaction account, pay an AU$2 share and provide 100 points of ID to redeem your prize.
If you are an existing member of People’s Choice Credit Union, you will be required to open a Zip Account to redeem your prize.
The cash prize will be deposited into the winner’s account within 7 days of confirmation that the account has been opened and notification provided by the winner of their membership details.
The prize must be redeemed within 3 months of the draw date. Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited by the winners and no unclaimed prizes will be awarded.
Except where otherwise required by law, People's Choice's decisions in relation to the draws conducted under these Conditions are final and People's Choice will not enter into any correspondence.
The name and suburb of the winners of the promotion will be published in The Australian on Thursday 22 May 2014.
To the extent permitted by law, People's Choice is not responsible or liable for :
Any problems or technical failures of any kind,
Purported entries that are not received for any reason;
Unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
Electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
Any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by People's Choice, or its servants or agents in connection with this competition.
The above condition does not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of People’s Choice or its servants or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the costs of having the prizes supplied again.
All entries become and remain the property of People’s Choice.
Each individual winner consents to the use of their name, suburb of residence and image for promotional and marketing purposes and agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by People's Choice.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of People's Choice which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, People's Choice reserves the right in its sole discretion but subject to the approval of those authorities that regulate the conduct of such competitions, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
These conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties relating to the entry into and the conduct of this competition.
