Good Luck! Lutwyche City “Win a Share of $1,500!*” Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. The Lutwyche City ‘Win a Share of $1,500!*’ Promotion (“Promotion”) starts at 9:00am (AEST) on Thursday 1st May 2014 and concludes at 4:00pm (AEST) on Sunday 11th May 2014 (“Promotional Period”).
2. All entrants will be subject to, and will need to adhere to, the terms and conditions as set out by the Promoter and any future terms and conditions or alterations to these terms and conditions.
3. The Promotion is promoted by CPT Custodian Pty Ltd ABN 67 077 870 243 as trustee for Centro Property Management Trust ABN 21 969 875 489 (“Promoter”) of Lutwyche City located at 543 Lutwyche Road, Lutwyche, Queensland 4030 (“Lutwyche City”).
The Gift
4. The Promotion’s gift pool has a total value of $1,500.00 and consists of the following:
a. Thirty (30) x $50.00 Eftpos Gift Cards supplied by Emerchants Payment Solutions Limited ABN 30 131 436 532, AFSL 404131 (each a Gift). Terms and conditions of use of the Gift

5. The Gift value is correct at the authorisation date of the Promotion and the Promoter is not
responsible for any subsequent variation in value.
To receive the ‘Gift’
6. To enter the Promotion, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
a. Visit a Freebies RewardsTM machine located at Lutwyche City:
i. IF NOT A FREEBIES REWARDSTM MEMBER: register their details on the Freebies RewardsTM machine to become a member and subsequently collect their ‘Freebies’ membership card from the ‘Freebies’ machine to be eligible to enter the Promotion. Members will then scan their Freebies RewardsTM membership card on the ‘Freebies’ Kiosk for it to recognise their ‘Freebies’ account; or
ii. IF ALREADY A FREEBIES REWARDSTM MEMBER: scan their Freebies RewardsTM membership card on the ‘Freebies’ Kiosk for it to recognise their ‘Freebies’ account.
b. Select the ‘Spin & Win’ game tile on the ‘Freebies’ Kiosk home page to play (Entry).
7. Gift winners will be generated instantly via a random electronic drawing system. (Winner).
8. Entrants will then be informed instantly if they are the Winner of a Gift. They will then receive a receipt from
the machine (“Receipt”).
9. To claim a Gift, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
a. present the original Receipt to the Toombul staff at the Customer Service counter at Toombul (“Service Desk Staff”), 1015 Sandgate Road, Toombul QLD 4012 between the hours of 9:00am (AEST) and 5:30pm (AEST) on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays; between the hours of 9:00am (AEST) and 9:00pm (AEST) on Thursdays; between the hours of 9:00am (AEST) and 4:00pm (AEST) on Saturdays or between the hours of 10:00am (AEST) and 4:00pm (AEST) on Sundays;
b. allow the Receipt to be stamped by the Service Desk Staff thereby deeming it no longer valid for redeeming any further Gifts; and
c. present Freebies Rewards® membership card and photo identification to receive a Gift.
10. Customers are permitted to one (1) Entry per day.
11. No purchase is required to enter the Promotion.
12. If the Gift is not redeemed by the expiry date as stated on the Receipt, the Gift will be entered back into gift pool.
13. No responsibility will be accepted for lost Receipts.
General Conditions of Entry
14. The Gift is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind and is subject to terms and conditions.
15. The Gift design may differ from the image displayed on any advertising used to promote the Promotion.
16. If the Gift is unavailable for whatever reason (except where all Gifts are redeemed during the promotion), the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Gift for a gift of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable statutory requirements
17. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such a person are reserved.
18. Any decision made by Service Desk Staff or Centre Management at Toombul in respect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
19. The Promoter (including related entities) and its respective officers, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential economic loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of the Promotion or in connection with the Gift.
20. The warranty on the goods and services obtained as a result of this Promotion remains the sole responsibility of the manufacturer/supplier of the Gift.
21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Gift.
22. If the entrant is under 18 years of age, the Gift will be awarded to the entrant’s nominated parent/guardian upon presentation of photo identification. The parent/guardian shall be deemed the
Winner for the purposes of these terms and conditions.
23. All entrants under the age of 18 must have prior consent from their parent or guardian before
entering the Promotion and must be able to provide evidence of such consent on request.
24. The Promotion is open to all Queensland residents who are Freebies members except employees, contractors, agents of Lutwyche City, sponsors of the Promotion and their immediate families; employees of Federation Centres Limited or related body corporate and their immediate families; tenants in Lutwyche City and their immediate families; the staff of tenants in the centre and their immediate families; the contractors of tenants in the centre and their immediate families; the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this Promotion and their immediate families. Immediate families mean parents, siblings, spouses, children and grandparents. Tenant means lessees, licensees and in the case of a corporation, includes their directors. By partaking in the Promotion, entrants agree that the Promoter may use information provided in connection with claiming any Gift in accordance with Federation Centres’ Privacy Policy Collection Statement. A copy of Federation Centres’ Privacy Policy Collection Statement will be available for viewing at Centre Management, Toombul during office opening hours, or at
http://federationcentres.com.au/privacy.html (please note that there is no Centre
Management Office at Lutwyche City).
25. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
