4. Eligible customers may apply for a free [A’kin] Purely Refreshing or [A’kin] Purely Comforting gift pack (Gift-With- Purchase) by purchasing a Harbour Town Gold Coast Gift Card valued at $60 or more in person at the Harbour Town Customer Service Lounge (Promotion).
Gift-With-Purchase Details
5. The Gift-With-Purchase will consist of
a. [A’kin] Purely Refreshing Gift Pack valued at $40.90; or
- includes a 500ml [A’kin} Orange Blossom Body Wash & 75ml [A’kin] Lavender & jojoba Hand, Nail & Cuticle Crème
b. [A’kin] Purely Comforting Gift Pack valued at $42.90; or
- includes a 200ml [A’kin} Unscented Body Moisturiser &
75ml [A’kin] Unscented Hand, Nail & Cuticle Crème
6. There are 250 units of each Gift Pack available. Total prize pool value is $20,950.
7. Gifts will be distributed on a first come first served bases to the first 500 customers to make an eligible purchase during the promotional period.
8. The Gift-With-Purchase is not redeemable for cash and not transferable.
Promotional Period
9. The Promotion will commence at 9am (AEST) Tuesday 22nd April 2014 and will conclude at 5:30pm (AEST) Saturday 10th May or while stocks last.
Eligibility
10. Entry to the Promotion is open to all permanent residents of Australia who purchase a Harbour Town Gold Coast Gift Card valued at $60 or more from the Customer Service Lounge at Harbour Town Gold Coast.
11. Strictly one redemption per household can be made during the promotional period.
12. Customers who purchase a Harbour Town Gift Card online are not eligible to receive a free gift.
13. Directors, officers, management, suppliers and their employees (and the Immediate families of directors, officers, management, suppliers and employees) of the Promoter or of its related bodies corporate, agencies or retailers and staff at Harbour Town Gold Coast Shopping Centre are ineligible to enter the Promotion. ‘Immediate families’ means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse (including same-sex de- facto spouse), child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, natural or adopted sibling, whether or not they live in the same household as the director, officer, manager, employee or contractor.
General Prize Conditions
14. Additional expenses incurred as a result of participating in the Promotion or associated with the use of the Gift- With-Purchase are the redeemer’s responsibility. The Promoter and its affiliates are not liable or responsible in respect of those expenses or for any loss or injury suffered as a result of accepting this offer or participating in the Promotion.
15. The Promoter is not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.
16. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied unless authorised by the Promoter. Prizes are not transferable to another person or exchangeable. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, other goods and services or sold to a third party including online auctions and private sales. Unused portions of prizes will be forfeited and no compensation will be paid in lieu of that element of the prize.
17. Customers agree to accept the Gift-With-Purchase at their own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any failure of the Promoter’s suppliers, agents or contractors to supply the Gifts-With-Purchase as stated or for any loss or liability (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) that may be suffered or incurred or personal injury which may be suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) by any person as a result of a customer accepting, using or participating in a gift.
18. Each customer agrees to accept responsibility for any loss or liability (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) that may be suffered or incurred or personal injury which may be suffered or sustained by any person howsoever caused whether as a direct or indirect consequence of participating in the Promotion or accepting a Gift-With-Purchase.
19. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) by any person in connection with a Gift-With-Purchase except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this Promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.
General Terms and Conditions
20. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any person from this promotion.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions at any time, where the Promoter considers it reasonably necessary in order to protect its legitimate interests.
22. In respect of all matters, the decision of the Promoter will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entered into.
