Entry Procedure
To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
1. Go to the Website and register their details as a Music Jury Member of the relevant station.
2. Alternatively, currently registered Music Jury members are also eligible to enter.
3. Music Jury Members must complete the music survey in full, as sent by the Promoter by email (accessed directly through and email or by the Website). The email will state when the survey cut off period is to complete in order to be eligible for entry to the Promotion.
4. Prize Details will be stipulated on the Website or as published on the email.
5. The Promoter will hold a draw to determine a winner(s) in accordance with Draw Details. All valid entries will go into a draw and the number of winners will be stipulated on the Website.
Draw Details
Draw Method:
The Promoter will conduct a random computerised draw of all eligible entrants to determine winners(s). SA electronic draw approval No. E92/2004.
Any draw will be conducted by the Promoter at a date and time as stipulated at the Website.
All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Prize Details
Description – Various prize(s) as stipulated at the Website such as:
- Cash (up to a max of $5,000), or
- Voucher (for goods or services) or
- Ticket(s) (eg to a movie or concert), or
- CD(s) or DVD(s), or
- Merchandise or products (eg iPad, tshirt etc).
Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the prize provider.
Value – Prize value will be limited to between $10 (min) and not exceeding (up to) $5,000 (max) as stipulated at the Website.
Prize Restrictions
Prize winners’ details may be provided to a prize provider for the purposes of prize fulfilment.
All vouchers awarded are valid until the voucher expiry date specified on the voucher or by the provider, and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the provider. The Promoter is not liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way once awarded.
All tickets are only valid for the date or period specified on the tickets or by the provider, and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the provider. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any ticket that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. The Promoter will not be responsible for any changes in times or dates, or cancellations or rescheduling of tickets or events that may prevent the prize winner from redeeming the prize or any part of it; and no cash or alternative tickets will be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
If the prize involves cash, the fulfilment is yet to be determined. Cash prizes may be awarded in the form of a cheque, or; by an EFT transfer to the winners nominated bank account. Cash transfers / cheques may take up to thirty (30) working days to process prior to being ready for collection / postage, from the date the Promoter contacts the Winner to confirm their details. Winners will be notified once cheques are ready for collection, should that be the method of prize fulfillment.
