SunRice Cuisine Promotion Terms and Conditions

1.The Promoter is SunRice Pty Ltd (ABN 55 007 481 156), NIP 37 Yanco Avenue, Leeton NSW 2705 Australia. 1.The promotion will be administered by Slingshot Digital VenturesPty Ltd, (ABN 94 150 786 164) of Level 13, 338 Pitt St, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia.
2.Entry to the Rice Cuisine Promotionshall be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions. 1.Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 13 except employees and immediate families of Slingshot Digital Ventures, the Promoter and any related entities or agents of them.
2.The promotion runs from 14.00hrs (EST) 17 June 2014 to 14.00hrs (EST) 21 July 2014 (“Promotional Period”).
3.No entries received later than 14.00hrs (EST) 21 July 2014 will be accepted.

Entry into the Promotion
1.To enter, you must, during the Promotional Period:
a) Be a user of the Facebook platform.
b) Become a fan of the official SunRice Facebook page (www.facebook.com/SunRiceFoods).
c) Enter the required form provided on the SunRiceFacebook page (www.facebook.com/SunRiceFoods).
1.The Promoter may disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct which places the fair and proper conduct of the competition at risk.
2.The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunction of any communications network or any lost, late, delayed, ineligible, incomplete or corrupted entries, however this may happen.
3.If you are under the age of 18 you must obtain the prior permission of your parent or guardian to enter.

Details of Determining Winners
1.This is a game of chance.
2.One (1) entrant will receive prizes.
3.There is no limit of entries per person but if an entrant is declared a winner they will receive only one (1) prize.

Details of Prizes and Draw
1.The Prize consists of:
a) One (1) BRC600 Breville Multichef Cooker with an RRP of AUD$129.95 travel vouchers from Flight Centre.
b) Two (2) AUD$500.00 gift card vouchers for Woolworths.
1.15. The total RRP of Prize Pool is AUD$1129.95.
2.The winner for Prize Pool will be determined at 12.01hrs 22 July 2014 in the offices of Slingshot Digital Ventures,68 York Street, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia.
3.The winner will be notified at 12.30hrs 23 July 2014 through email provided in the entry process.
