2. Any RACV member who completes an online entry form, available from royalauto.com.au during the Promotion Period will be entered in the draw. Competition commences 6pm Thursday, 3 July and closes 11.59pm Thursday, 17 July (the Promotion Period).
3. Competition entry is restricted to one entry per person. Additional entries will result in entrant being disqualified from the Competition.
4. This competition is won by chance and entrants are not judged on the quality of their entry.
5. All employees of the promoter or its related bodies corporate and the immediate families of such employees are ineligible to enter. The competition is restricted to residents of the State of Victoria.

10. Valid for an in-season screening of the movie, subject to entry conditions contained on the passes. Offer is only valid at participating cinemas. Seating is subject to availability. Not valid public holidays and Saturdays after 5pm. Not valid cinema discount days or with any other offer. Not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 15. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw if necessary on 30 July at 11am in order to distribute any prize if unclaimed by that date.
16. RACV may substitute or change the supplier of the prize or substitute prizes with cheques to the cash value of prizes at its absolute discretion.
17. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. The promoter is not liable for any loss or damage, personal injury or death relating to acceptance and use of prizes by winners.
18. The personal information submitted in an entry is collected by the Promoter and will be used for the purpose of conducting the promotion. Personal information supplied by entrants may be provided to related bodies corporate or agencies of the Promoter and third parties involved in promoting or conducting the promotion for the purposes of conducting the promotion and future marketing and publicity communications.
