Solicits will occur no less than 1 times and no more than 10 times per day.
The nominated caller will then be placed on the iHeartRadio standby list.
If the caller is not registered for iHeartRadio then the next caller through will be taken until one of the callers is registered for iHeartRadio.
A selection (at the discretion of the promoter) of the entrants who were placed on the competition standby list will be placed on a shortlist and from this one will be drawn to win the major prize.
Major draws will take place each Thursday between 3pm – 4pm during the contesting period.
If the nominated caller and/or winner is found to not to be registered with iHeartRadio at the time of winning, they will not be awarded the prize.
The final decision is at the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered in to.

If the caller is not registered for iHeartRadio then the next caller through will be taken until one of the callers is registered for iHeartRadio.
The nominated caller will then be placed on the iHeartRadio Festival standby list. There will be a maximum of five (5) prizes to be won. Each prize will include the following:

Each prize is valued at approximately $8,500 each. The total prize pool is valued at up to $42,500

Once an entrant has been successful in making it on the Standby list, they are ineligible to enter the promotion again until 30 days after the date of their original win.
The promotion is not open to:
(a) employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its agencies involved with the Promotion;
(b) the spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, or sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent) of such employees and contractors (whether or not they live in the same household);
(c) any person who is discovered to have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win any Promotion run by the Promoter except in the case of a legal change of name;
(d) any person where that person or anyone from the same family or household has won a prize or prizes from the Promoter or any radio station that is a member of the Australian Radio Network, valued either individually or collectively at more than $50 in the 30 days prior to the commencement of the Promotion.
