“Win a trip for 2 to Vanuatu when you purchase Layla or Lulu”
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms & conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Promoter is Ziera Shoes NZ Limited, 59 Mahunga Drive, Mangere Bridge, Auckland, 2022, New Zealand.
Entry is open to all consumers that are a member of Ziera’s Customer Club and purchase a pair of Layla or Lulu. Employees of Ziera, their immediate families, associated companies and their employees are ineligible to enter.
The promotion begins at 12:00am NZT on 16 June 2014 and ends at 11:59pm NZT on 1 August 2014 (“Promotional Period”).
Entry will be automatic through the Ziera Customer Club. New customers can sign up to the club when they purchase during the promotional period and will be entered into the draw.
This competition is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents. Cut-off date for purchases is 11:59pm NZT on 1 August 2014.
There is one prize for New Zealand and Australia.
The draw will be held at 12:00pm NZT on 9 August 2014 to determine the winners.
The winning participant will be notified in writing and by telephone or email as provided in their customer club details. The winning participant will be notified within seven days following the prize draw. If they are unable to be contacted using their customer club details within seven days of the prize draw it will be redrawn.
The redraw, if required will take place on 20 August 2014 at 9am at the same address. The winner will be notified in writing and name published on
www.zierashoes.com from 27 August 2014.
By accepting the prize, the winner hereby agrees to participate in any publicity surrounding the promotion including having his/her image photographed and used for publicity purposes.
The judges’ decisions will be final.
Prize must be redeemed and used by 31 May 2015.
The prize is not transferrable or exchangeable for cash.
Prize: Air Vanuatu will provide two economy class round trip tickets from Auckland to Port Vila (should the winner come from Australia flights will be taken from either Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne). Bookings are subject to availability and can only be confirmed 30 days out. Travel is not possible in school holidays except for the last 3 weeks of January 2015. Travel must be utilised by 31 May 2015. Passports need to be valid for 6 months beyond the stay. Accommodation with The Terraces Boutique Apartments is subject to availability. The prize includes $1000 spending money.
Anything not specified in these terms and conditions as being included in the prize package is excluded.
