Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply for the Grant Broadcasters “WIN A P&O CRUISE” promotion.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Grant Broadcasters General Contest Rules. Where there is any
inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.
1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin Friday 18th July and continue until the 8th August.
2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Listeners are invited to enter online at
www.hot91.com.au for their chance to win.
3. PRIZE
A four night cruise for two people on board the Paci c Pearl in a twin balcony cabin. Cruise departs Sydney 15th August and
returns to Sydney 19th August travelling via the Sunshine Coast. In the case of bad weather, disembarkation in Mooloolaba
may not be possible.
Cruise is inclusive of; all meals in the silver-service main restaurants, food courts and daytime grills, daytime activities, including
the sports court, whirlpool spas, pools and fully equipped gym and evening entertainment featuring live comedy, theatre,
nightclubs and cinema.
Return ights from Brisbane to Sydney also included. Flight times and airline at discretion of promoter.
Pre-booked bus transfer between Sydney airport and White Bay Cruise Terminal also included.
Dates are not transferable.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS
The winner will be selected randomly from all entries on Friday 8th August.
5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winners will be notified on air at the time of winning. The winner will then be contacted by phone call to arrange
details of the Major Prize.
6. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify Grant Broadcasters against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out
of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal
injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission
or otherwise.
7. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all
associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter. Winners must be from within the broadcast
area of the radio station to enter.
If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.
8. ALTERATION OF CONTEST SPOTS.
Grant Broadcasters reserves the right to alter or drop contest spots from the competition due to changed
programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason
9. TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS
If P&O Cruises Australia forms the reasonable view that the winner and/or the winner’s travelling companion
represents a risk to the health and safety of any passenger or crew member onboard, or represents a risk to their own
health and safety, P&O Cruises may refuse travel.
