These are the terms and conditions for the Romeo Retail Group’s promotion “Live Like a Star” (Promotion).
Entry is open to residents of South Australia over the age of 18. These cannot take part in the Promotion: Directors and employees of the Romeo Retail Group companies.
To be eligible to enter the Promotion you must make an Eligible Purchase from any Romeo Retail Group Foodland or IGA store in South Australia (Romeo Stores) being you buy in one purchase $30 worth of goods (including GST if any) which includes at least 2 of the nominated products (Nominated Products). Nominated Products will be identified at participating Romeo Stores, in advertising materials and on the Romeo Retail Group’s website at
www.romeosretailgroup.com.au. On making an Eligible Purchase customers will receive a receipt with a unique receipt number. To enter the Promotion you must:
take your receipt and visit Romeo Retail Group’s Promotion website at
www.romeopromo.com (Promotion Website);
read the terms of the Promotion on the Promotion Website (being these terms); and
complete the online entry form on the Promotion Website (including your name, address, phone number and unique receipt number).
You may enter the Promotion each time you make an Eligible Purchase.
The Promotion commences on 13 August 2014 and closes on 2 September 2014. The total prize value of the Promotion is approximately $10,195. Each prize is valued at approximately $2,039.
5 winners (Winners) will be drawn on 5 September 2014 at 1 pm at the Romeo Retail Group’s headquarters, 71-79 O’Connell Street, North Adelaide 5006 (Draw). Each Winner will receive the following prize (Prize):
2 tickets in a corporate suite for the Winner and the Winner’s guest of choice (Guest) to a mystery concert (Concert) being held during the month of September 2014 at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre;
1 nights twin share accommodation at the Hilton Hotel Adelaide, 233 Victoria Square, Adelaide SA 5000 (Hotel);
full buffet breakfast at the Hotel; and
return transfers from the Hotel to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre by a 1962 Austin Princess Limousine.
To be eligible for the prizes you must lodge your online entry by 5.00 pm (Adelaide time) on 2 September 2014.
All Winners will be contacted by telephone and the names and addresses of each Winner in the Promotion will be published in the Advertiser newspaper on 12 September 2014.
Guests must be residents of South Australia and over the age of 18.
By 8 September 2014 the Winner must notify Romeo Retail Group of the name of the Guest by calling (08) 8267 5055 or writing to C/- Romeo Retail Group 71-79 O’Connell Street, North Adelaide 5006.
The Concert tickets for the Prize and all associated information and details are to be collected by the Winner within 7 days of the date of the Draw at the Romeo Retail Group’s headquarters, 71-79 O’Connell Street, North Adelaide 5006.
Romeo Retail Group is not responsible and cannot be held liable if the Concert is cancelled, delayed, rescheduled or relocated. If the Prize or part of the Prize is unavailable (including because the Concert tickets are cancelled for any reason), Romeo Retail Group reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to substitute a similar prize of similar monetary value.
Tickets to the Concert are subject to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre terms and conditions and if applicable, Ticketek Pty Ltd’s terms and conditions.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
The Winners agree to participate and co-operate in any advertising, reporting or editorial activities in respect of the Promotion as reasonably required by the Romeo Retail Group including being interviewed and photographed. The Romeo Retail Group may use the relevant interviews, name and relevant footage and photographs of the Winners for such purposes and the Winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use
Romeo Retail Group including its officers, employees, agents and its associated companies are not liable to any Winner or the Winners Guest including but not limited to liability for negligence for any loss, expense, damage, death or injury which is suffered or sustained in connection with all or any of the Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
