Event Cinemas
reserves the r
ight to amend or substitute the above
prize
for an equivalent or
greater retail value if, for any reason beyond the Event Cinema’s control, Event
Cinemas is not able to give to the
competition winner
the advertised prize, subject
to State le
gislation. Any
incidental costs
relating to the prize is the responsibility of
the winner.

The
competition winner
is
responsible f
or all other expenses including upkeep &
maintenance of the prize.
Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all
other prize
related expenses become the responsibility of the winner.

As a condition of accepting this

competition winner
must sign any legal
documentation as and in the form required by Event cinemas in their absolute
discretion, including but not limit
ed to a legal release and indemnity form.

AHL accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the

. Independent financial advice should be sought by the winner.

Event Cinemas, other entities associated with this
promotion

d their related
bodies corporate, and each of their officers, employees and agents shall not be
liable for and shall be held harmless in respect of any loss, damage, or injury
whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequenti
al
loss) or sustained, as a result of or arising from
the competition winner’s
acceptance
and use of the
promotion
, except to the extent that any such liability cannot be
excluded by law.

Event Cinemas is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate inf
ormation, either
caused by the user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or
utilised in this Promotion , or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that
may occur in the course of the administration of this Promotion inclu
ding any
omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission,
communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or
destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of claims.

Event Cinemas reserves t
he right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who
the Event Cinemas has reason to believe has breached any of these Conditions of
Entry, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to
jeopardise the fair and proper con
duct of the Promotion.
Event Cinema’s legal
rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are
reserved.
22.
Event Cinemas and its associated agencies and companies assume no
responsibility for any error, omission, interruption,
deletion, defect, delay in
operation or transmission; communications line failure, theft or destruction or
unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserve the right to take any
action that may be available.
23.
The Winner must claim the prize wi
thin 28 days of notification of them winning the
prize. If prize is not claimed within this time period, a new winner will be chosen.
