This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon individual creative merit. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions.
Entry is open to New Zealand & Australian residents over the age of 18 currently residing in New Zealand or Australia only. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoters or its affiliated dealerships, participating outlets, companies and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
To participate in the draw you must fully complete the Masport competition entry form.
Only one entry per person is allowed via the entry form. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
One prize package is up for grabs. The prize package consists of one Masport Raglan Portable BBQ (NZ$259 RRP / AU$229 RRP) & Supermarket Voucher (New Zealand: NZ$200 incl.GST / Australia: AU$200 incl.GST). The Supermarket Voucher will be for a supermarket near the winners location (from the details provided on the entry form), chosen at the discretion at Masport Limited New Zealand. The promotion commences on Monday 25th August 2014.
Entries close at 11:59pm Wednesday 3rd September 2014 (NZST). Entries will be judged at the Masport New Zealand Head Office on 5th September 2014 and the winner’s name, location, and entry response will be published on the Masport Limited Facebook page within 30 days of the draw.
The winner will be notified in writing by email within thirty (30) working days of the conclusion of the competition.
If Masport is unable to contact the winner within 30 days of the draw and the Masport has made every effort to contact them with the information provided by the entrant then the Masport will award the prize to another valid entrant.
Once contact has been made, Masport will endeavour to arrange for the winner to be sent the prize and voucher within seven days.
By entering this prize draw, each entrant consents to their name and region being published, and their photograph being used for promotional purposes.
To the extent permitted by law, Masport or its employees shall not be liable for any claims, losses, costs and expenses (whether direct, indirect or consequential), sustained or incurred as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this promotion and/or its prizes.
