Competition Entry Terms & Conditions 1. Competition and Promoter
1.1. By entering the ‘Father’s Day Competition’ Game of Skill Competition (Competition) and in consideration for the opportunity to participate in the Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by and observe these Conditions of Entry. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Conditions of Entry.
1.2. The Promoter of the Competition is the Roads Corporation trading as VicRoads ABN 61 760 960 480 of 60 Denmark Street, Kew, Victoria, 3101 (Promoter).
2.
Who may enter2.1. Subject to paragraph 2.2, entry into the Competition is open to all residents of Victoria aged 18 and over.
2.2. Employees (and immediate family members of employees) of the Promoter are not eligible to enter the Competition.
2.3. The Promoter will not accept any joint entry.
3.
Competition Period3.1. The Competition commences at 9:00am Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on Monday 25 August 2014 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on Thursday 4 September 2014 (Competition Period).
3.2. Entries not received during the Competition Period or not completed in accordance with these Conditions of Entry will not be eligible to win. Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are received by the Promoter’s database and not at the time of submission by the Entrant. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.

How to enter4.1. Entry into this promotion is only available via email to
custom.m8@roads.vic.gov.au 4.2. By entering the Competition entrants agree to the Competition Terms & Conditions, to provide a correct and valid name, email address, phone number and postcode, to submit a photo of the car of his/her father or the special male in the entrant’s life, e.g. grandfather, brother, partner as well as a short ressponse as to why his/her father or the special male in the entrant's life should have a Custom Plate.
4.3. Entrants warrant that in submitting any photograph depicting a Custom Plate, he/she has the permission of the owner of the number plates rights in the Custom Plate to use and reproduce that combination in the entry.
4.4. This is a competition of skill, chance plays no part in determining the winner.
5.
Prize and notification5.1. At the end of the Competition Period, all entries will be judged by the Promoter and one entry declared the winner.
5.2. Judging will be conducted by the Promoter on 5 September 2014 at 60 Denmark Street, Kew, Victoria, 3101. The winning entry will be the one judged by the Promoter to be the best image and response.
5.3. The entry deemed the winner by the Promoter in accordance with these Conditions of Entry will win a Custom Plates voucher valued at $495.
5.4. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any and all aspects of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.5. The maximum total prize value is AU$495.
5.6. The prize winner will be notified by telephone or email on or after 5 September 2014 but no later than 12 September 2014.
5.7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable. The prize is not redeemable for cash and must be taken as offered.
5.8. In the event that the prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.
6.
Information for Prize Winner 6.1. All entrants agree to provide the Promoter with identification and/or proof of age if selected as a prizewinner. The form of identification and/or proof of age are at the discretion of the Promoter.
