1.0 Name of company conducting the competition: Sunshine Volvo
2.0 Name of competition: ‘Volvo Gold Coast 600, 2014 Test Drive & Win’
3.0 Duration of competition: 9am 1st August 2014 until 5pm 30th September 2014
4.0 Eligibility: entry to the competition is free, but entrants must have at least ‘test driven’ a new Volvo motor vehicle at one of the four following participating dealerships to enter:

4.4.1 Each dealership will be holding an individual competition.5.0 Entry to the competition: Entrants who have test driven a new Volvo motor vehicle will receive one entry into the individual competitions that will be held at each of dealerships (as outlined in: 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 & 4.4). Entrants who have purchased a new Volvo motor car at the retail value (on offer to anyone during the competition period), will receive 50 additional entries into the competition at the dealership where they purchased the vehicle. Entrants who then finance the purchased new Volvo motor vehicle through Volvo Car Financial Services will receive an additional 25 entries into the competition at the dealership where they purchased the vehicle.
6.0 Prizes for the competitions. There are four prize ‘packs’ available in total for the competition. Each of the dealerships, as outlined in 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 & 4.4, will have one prize ‘pack’ to give away based on the eligibility criteria outlined in sections 4 & 5 above.
6.1 A prize pack comprises: Two entry tickets to Gold Coast 600 V8 Supercar Race for Saturday October 25th 2014 and Sunday October 26th 2014 including entry into the Volvo Corporate Hospitality facility; Accommodation for two adults (including breakfast) at the Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa 158 Ferny Ave, Surfers Paradise on Friday October 24th 2014, Saturday October 25th 2014 & Sunday October 26th 2014; Laps for two adults around the Gold Coast circuit as individual passengers in a Volvo S60 Polestar (final timings to be confirmed at the event) and $500 worth of Polestar merchandise.
6.2 The estimated value of each prize pack is: $AUD5,000.00. The estimated combined total value of the four prize packs is: $AUD20,000.00
7.0 Prize draw. The competitions will be drawn on Monday 6th October 2014
7.1 The competitions will be drawn at the following locations and times:

7.2 The draws will be conducted by randomly selecting a ticket from a barrel.
8.0 Notification of winners. Winners will be contacted via phone on the day of the draws. If winners cannot be contacted via phone, they will then be notified via home addressed letter. No redraws will be played.
