The competition commences Thursday 28 August 5pm AEST and closes Friday 5 September 2014 AEST. The prize winner will be announced on Monday 8 September 16:00 pm AEST at Fashion Factory Outlets (Trade Secret) Pty Ltd, 3-7 McPherson Street, Banksmeadow NSW 2019. The winners will be published on the Trade Secret facebook page & contacted to advise they have won.
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged on its own creative merit.
The promoter’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
The promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who appears to have tampered with the entry or voting process, who participates in a manner not in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry or who has, in the opinion of the promoter, engaged in conduct which is or may be fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promoter.

After the winner has claimed his/her prize, the prize will be delivered to the winner by post.
There is one (1) prize to be won is one-off, consisting of three x $500 AUD, Trade Secret Gift Vouchers.
If the prize is unclaimed, or unable to be claimed by 6 months proceeding the draw date, the prize will be awarded to the chosen runner up.
The prize (and any unused portion of the prize) is not transferable, negotiable or exchangeable.
