Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Promotion commences on 03/08/2014 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 30/08/2014 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER (PINTEREST ENTRY): To enter, eligible individuals must during the Promotional Period, design a space of their home on a new Pinterest board (board must be created specifically by them for this promotion), by pinning different items they would like in this space. This board must include a pin of a Plantino Collection product from the Choices Flooring website (
www.choicesflooring.com.au), in addition to ‘#plantino’ and ‘@ChoicesFlooring’ in the caption to be eligible. For the sake of clarity, all Plantino Collection product images pinned must first be downloaded from the Choices Flooring website and then uploaded/’pinned’ onto their Pinterest board. All Plantino images taken from the Choices Flooring website must not be manipulated in anyway prior to upload onto Pinterest.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The judging will take place at Choices Flooring’s Central Office, 22-24 Manningham Road West, Bulleen, Victoria, 3105 from 3:00pm AEST on 03/09/2014. The judges may select additional reserve entries which they determine to be the next best, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant.
The winner will be notified by telephone and in writing and their name published at

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. The winner is deemed to be the most creative and inspiring valid entry, as determined by the judges, and will win the installation of up to 50m2 of their favourite Plantino Collection product (manufactured by Embelton Flooring) in their home. This prize is valued at up to AU$5,000 depending on the exact amount of flooring required.
Prize must be taken and installed by 01/12/2014, subject to product and installer availability. Failure by the winner to take and have the prize installed by this date will result in forfeiture of prize.

Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter and/or the Promoter’s representatives, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.

Without limiting any other terms herein, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for any breach of the above terms.
