Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
Entry is open to residents of New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland who are 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and outlets associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. This promotion is limited to Krispy Kreme outlets in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland that have been invited by the Promoter to participate (“Participating Outlet”) but does not include wholesale outlets or 7-Eleven outlets.
The promotion commences at 00:01 EST on 19/08/2014 and closes at 23:59 EST on 08/09/2014 or while stocks of scratch & win cards last. Whichever occurs first. (“Promotional Period”).
To enter, during the Promotional Period:
purchase any Chicco D’oro Coffee from a Participating Krispy Kreme Store during the Promotional Period to receive your scratch & win card. Scratch off panel to reveal if you are an instant winner and to uncover your unique code. And

Limit applies of one entry per person per day per valid unique code. Entrants must retain their scratch & win card with unique code during the Promotional Period.
Instant Win Prize:
One in three scratch & win cards will instantly win one (1) Krispy Kreme Original Glazed doughnut RRP$2.50 (“Instant Win Prize”). Entrants who reveal that they have won a Instant Win Prize will win an Instant Win Prize. Entrants who reveal the words “Better luck next time” will not win an Instant Win Prize. All entrants (Instant Win Prizes winners and non-winners) are eligible to enter the Major Prize draw. There is a maximum of 102,000 scratch & win cards to be distributed across all participating outlets during the Promotional Period.
There are 34,000 Krispy Kreme instant win Original Glazed doughnuts available. Instant Win prizes are to be redeemed in any participating Krispy Kreme outlet by (30/09/2014). Total RRP of Instant Win Prize pool is $85,000.00.
Major Prize:
The Major Prize draw will take place at 15:00 EDT on 16/09/2014 at Aura Interactive Pty Ltd Suite 82, 26-32 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont, NSW 2009 (“Aura”). The first two valid entries drawn will each win a Major Prize.
The Major Prize consists of a Vespa Primavera150CC (RRP AUD$6,390.00 including all on road registration costs as required by state legislation excluding comprehensive insurance) (“Major Prize”). Total RRP value of Major Prize Pool = RRP AUD$12,780.00 depending on the state in which the Major Prize is registered.
Major Prize winners will be notified by email within two (2) days of the Major Prize Draw and their names will be published in The Australian newspaper on 07/10/2014 and on the Krispy Kreme Facebook page.
Major Prizes will be delivered to the Major Prize winner within 28 days of the Major Prize Draw subject to any processing or delivery delays. Major Prize winners will be notified of any delays.
If necessary, a second chance Major Prize Draw will be held on 17/12/2014 at the same time and place as the initial Major Prize Draw to distribute any unclaimed Major Prizes. Second chance Major Prize Winners will be notified by email within two (2) days of any second chance Major Prize Draw and their name published in The Australian newspaper on 06/01/2015.
General:
All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All other ancillary costs including but not limited to insurance (other than those detailed), taxes, (excluding GST) and any and all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner/s.
All valid claims for prizes will be met not withstanding that the advertised prize pool has been exceeded. Printing errors or other quality control matters will not be used as the sole basis for refusing to award a prize. All Instant prizes must be redeemed by 30/09/2014.
Total Prize Pool value is $97,780.00.
Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches and technical malfunctions. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
If any prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control the Promoter may substitute a prize or element of a prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion, subject to any written directions from the relevant authorities. Winners will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the prize or element of a prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with this promotion.
The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of Scooter Central Pty Ltd (ABN 562 244 669 989), Krispy Kreme Australia Pty Ltd (ABN: 59 099 478 663) and other prize suppliers. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the conduct of third party suppliers or otherwise as a result of the winner accepting and/or using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury which is due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter or which cannot otherwise be excluded by law.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image, entry, and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
Entries remain the property of the Promoter. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion.
