Term & Conditions
METHOD OF ENTRY
1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
3. To be eligible entrants must purchase any HEINE diagnostic instrument (excluding consumables) in the competition period starting Monday 1st September 2014 and ending on Friday 31st October 2014 (the “Competition Period”). Only one entry permitted per item purchased in the Promotional Period.
4. To enter, participants must go to
www.heine.net.au/win by Friday 31st October 2014 11.59pm and follow the directions on the website; a. provide HEINE with their contact details, including (but not limited to) name, email address and phone number; b. provide details of the HEINE product and when purchased.
5. HEINE reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of purchase in order to claim prize. Acceptance of proof of purchase for entry is considered suitable for verification at the discretion of HEINE . In the event that a winner cannot provide proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
6. Incomprehensible, late and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
7. The prize winner will receive a Samsung TV: One (1) Samsung 55” Curved HD LED TV model- UA 55H8000AW valued at up to AUD $3,799 (RRP ) One winner will be drawn. The winner will be drawn from all valid entries received between the Start Date and Closing Date of the competition. The winner will be drawn at random by HEINE Australia on the 3rd November 2014 at HEINE Australia 9/98 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale, NSW, 2100. The prize winner will be notified by email and phone within 2 working days of the Draw Date. The name of the winner will be published on the HEINE website within 7 working days of the draw. There is 1 prize to be won. Total prize value: AUD $ 3,799 (RRP ) inclusive of GST.
UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
8. If the Prize winner cannot be contacted or verified by Monday 10th November 2014 HEINE will draw another winner from all remaining valid entries (“Unclaimed Prize Draw”) by Monday 10th November 2014 at 10:30am (AEST). The Unclaimed Prize Draw winner will be notified in writing, by email and phone on by Monday 10th November 2014 at 10:45am (AEST) and published on the HEINE website.
FINAL CONDITIONS
9. There may be circumstances in which the Promoter cannot provide the prizes as described for reasons beyond its reasonable control. In those circumstances, the Promoter will provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value to the promoted prizes, subject to relevant state regulations.
10. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
11. HEINE ’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). HEINE accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
13. All entries become and remain the property of HEINE . Entrants acknowledge that HEINE Australia may use the entrants’ names and addresses for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
14. All details of the entrants will be used and preserved in accordance with the Information Privacy Principles and HEINE ’s Privacy Policy.
