Terms and Conditions
1. The entry instructions form part of the competition rules. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions and entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. To enter the competition entrants must complete the entry form on the competition page.
3. Entrants must Like the Quintrex page to be eligible to win.
4. All entrants must be 13 years and above at the time of entry
5. If an Eligible Entrant is under the age of 18, they must obtain consent from their parent or legal guardian before entering the promotion.
6. Entrants must be an Australian Resident currently residing in Australia
7. Proof of age of entrants must be presented on request or the entrant will be disqualified.
8. Entrants may only enter this competition once and must enter in their own name. The Promoter is not responsible for (and is under no obligation to accept) any lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries. 
9. Entry is open only to Australian residents who are not directors or employees of the Promoter (or immediate family members of those directors and employees).
10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who is not an Eligible Entrant, has not complied with these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
11. The competition commences on 4:00PM (AEST) on the 10th October 2014 and closes at 5:00pm (AEST) on the 04th November 2014
12. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Entry Period. Entries received after the end date will not count towards the competition.
13. The winner will be selected by random draw.
14. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone at the conclusion of the promotion.
15. If the winner does not respond to correspondence by 4.30pm AEST Monday 10th of November, a runner up winner will be selected.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of the winner not being an Eligible Entrant, not having complied with these Terms and Conditions or not being able to be contacted by the Promoter after the Promoter having made reasonable efforts to do so.

18. The prize is a Quintrex Tinnie Fridge valued at $500 which is not transferable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services and will be shipped via Star Track to the winner’s nominated address.
19. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained as a result of entering this competition, accepting and/or using a prize.
20. The Promoter has the right to request age, identity, residential address of the winner and any other information relevant to the registration of the prize.
21.Except as otherwise required by law, if any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations. The Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion and these Terms and Conditions.
22. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless a winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting their prize. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes - including by disclosing their personal information to Telwater pty ltd who will hold and use such information only for the purposes of conducting the draws and will not be share with a third party.
23. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any losses (including loss of opportunity), damages, expenses, costs or personal injuries arising out of or in connection with this promotion, or the use of any prize.
24. Decisions of the Promoter are final.
