Terms and Conditions of Promotion:

1. The Promoter is Elite Caravans (Australia) Pty Ltd (ACN 129 308 416), of 40 Glenbarry Road Campbellfield, VIC 3061 (Promoter).

2. The Promotion is subject to and governed by these terms and conditions. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Entry into the Promotion is subject to any additional terms and conditions of Facebook. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. By entering into the Promotion, entrants release Facebook from any action or claim arising out of the Promotion.

4. Entry into the Promotion is free and open only to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

5. The Promotion commences at 9:00am (AEST) on 19 September 2014 and closes at 12:00pm (AEST) on 27 February 2015 (Promotion Period). Entries submitted after 12:00pm (AEST) on 27 February 2015 will not be accepted.

6. To enter the Promotion, entrants must:
(a) visit the Elite Caravans Facebook page competition account at http://woobox.com/mhj43m and ‘Like’ the Elite Caravans the page during the Promotion Period; and
(b) complete details required including First Name, Last Name, email address and residential address to identify yourself as required by the Promoter on its Facebook page.

7. Incomplete or ineligible entries will be invalid. Entrants that ‘un-Like’ the Elite Caravans Facebook page prior to the end of the Promotion Period will be declared void. All valid entries submitted during the Promotion Period will be eligible for entry into the Promotion.

8. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entries in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

9. The Promoter will accept one entry only per unique Facebook user account. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who is found to have tampered with the entry process or submitted an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions and any relevant law.

20. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

21. The prize winner will be notified by private Facebook message and listed on the Promoter's website at www.elitecaravans.com.au from 27 February 2015.

22. If any winner(s) cannot be contacted or if attempted delivery of a prize has not been accepted within 3 months of 27 February 2015, (subject to the relevant legislation) the relevant entry will be deemed invalid and the prize(s) will be included in a redraw at 40 A/B Glenbarry Rd, Campbellfield VIC 3061 at 3pm on the 1st June2015. The redraw prize winners will be notified by private Facebook message and listed on the Promoter's website at www.elitecaravans.com.au from 2nd June 2015

23. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and to disqualify any entrant who has tampered with the entry process.

24. No responsibility is accepted for misdirected, late, lost or delayed entries, whether due to error, omission, alteration, deletion, theft, destruction or delay.

25. The Promoter reserves the right to request a prize winner to provide proof of identity prior to awarding a prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. If a winner cannot provide the required proof of identification, the winner’s prize entitlements will be forfeited and the prize will be redrawn.

26. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any claim, loss, damage, injury, cost or expense suffered sustained or incurred (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this Promotion and/or its prizes.
