Throughout the registration period, listeners will be encouraged to visit their respective station website and follow the links from the station site. Entrants will be required to register their details and answer in 100 words or less why they need their or nominate somebody else whose home needs to be made NRMAde Better along with uploading a photo of their home.

There will be a maximum of two (2) prizes. One (1) prize will be awarded per state.
Each prize will consist of:

 Home makeover to the value of $20,000

 Holiday for two (2) adults and two (2) children valued at up to $6,000. Each holiday may include return economy flights, four (4) nights accommodation in minimum three (3) star hotel, return transfers and spending money.
Travel dates will fall between Monday 24 November and Friday 28 November 2014. Location of travel is to be determined at time of winning by the Promoter. Entrants must be available to travel on specific dates to be advised by the Promoter.
The holiday component of the prize will be arranged by the Promoter.

Total maximum value of each prize: $26,000
Total maximum value of all prizes: $52,000

Entrants may only enter once.
No employees of ARN or their family or household members, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its agencies involved with the Promotion are eligible to enter.
All entrants must be 18 years or older.

A representative of ARN will select a shortlist of applicants from each state during the registration period between Monday 3 November and Monday 17 November 2014 judged as the most interesting and original entries received from all eligible entries.
Shortlisted entrants will then be contacted and informed they have been shortlisted for a site check of their home at a time scheduled by the Promoter in collaboration with the shortlisted entrant.
The winners will be judged according to their application and the site check.
The Promoter will nominate one (1) entry from the shortlisted applicants from each state as the winner of the Prize.
The selection of winners and the awarding of the Prizes is subject to the Special Conditions below and all of the terms and conditions of this competition.
The Promoters decision shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
Judging of shortlisted entries will take place between 9:00am (AEST) Monday 3 November and 10:00am (AEST) Monday 17 November, 2014.
Judging of winners will take place between 9:00am (AEST) Monday 17 November and 7:30pm (AEST) Friday 21 November, 2014.

Prize winners will be notified via phone and email.

Shortlisted entries will be notified between 9:00am (AEST) Monday 3 November and 5:30pm (AEST) Monday 17 November, 2014.
Prize winners will be notified between Wednesday 19 November and Friday 21 November between 9:00am and 7:30pm (AEST) and first announced on air between 5:30am and 9:00am during the radio Breakfast show in each state on Monday 24 November, 2014.

i) Conditions of Entry:

All entrants must own or be financing their own home or unit in NSW and QLD - no rental properties can enter.

By entering this competition you accept the final design outcome. If the winner is not satisfied with the quality or the design look and feel, it will be the responsibility and at the cost of the winner to replace items and/or change the design.
Entrants nominating a friend / family member in their entry must have permission from their friend / family member before entering this competition.
ii) Contacting Entrants
All entrants must be available to be contacted by ARN from the time they submit their application until the winner is selected for the purposes of this Promotion.
ARN is only required to contact an entrant 3 times by telephone and if the entrant does not immediately answer their phone, ARN may exclude them from the Promotion.
If shortlisted entrants are not available to complete the site check of their home between Monday 17 November and Sunday 23 November, they will be excluded from the Promotion.
ii) Travel Conditions
Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
If for any reason either winner does not take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
The prize includes a holiday for two (2) adults and two (2) children up to the age of 18. If the selected winner in each state does not have two (2) children, they forfeit the two children flight tickets as part of the prize and will receive a trip for two (2) adults only.
If the winner is unable to travel on the travel dates as specified by the Promoter, they will forfeit their prize.
Winners travelling interstate will be required to sign a travel indemnity form which will be provided by the Promoter.
All costs associated with a travel prize which are not expressly listed in the Prize Details, including meals, insurance, luggage costs and all other ancillary costs, are the responsibility of the winner. The winner and any travelling companion(s) must depart and return at the same time using the same air carrier.
Any prize comprising accommodation will be for accommodation costs only and does not include additional charges (such as mini bar, in-room entertainment, dry cleaning, room service or other additional charges).
The Promoter is not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of a travel Prize and any resulting costs incurred by the winner or any Travel Companion(s) (including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the Winner.
All travel is at the entrant’s own risk and the Promoter accepts no liability or responsibility whatsoever in respect of loss or injury caused during such travel. Failure for any reason to utilise a prize comprising travel within the specified dates will result in the forfeiture of the prize.
iii) Photo and application materials
The entrant’s personal and non-personal information collected by the Promoter in connection with this competition (including name and suburb, email address, answers to questions and photo/s included in the Application Form) may also be used in radio broadcast on WSFM, and 97.3FM and/or by Insurance Australia Limited for the purposes of carrying out marketing.
The Promoter and the Producer will collect personal information about the entrant. By submitting an application, the entrant must consent to the disclosure of their personal information to ARN and to ARN using, and disclosing their personal information to third parties, including Insurance Australia Group, for the purpose of
application assessment and selection process and facilitation of the prize.
iv) Consents, waivers and other conditions
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Any unused balance of the total prize value will not be awarded as cash.
Winners will be required to sign a consent providing ARN representatives and representatives of agencies and companies associated with this Promotion, approval to be on site at their home whilst they are on holiday. The winner may be required to nominate a family member or neighbour with whom ARN will be available to liaise with directly whilst the winner is on holiday.
The Winner accepts the prize at his or her own risk. The winner hereby releases and indemnifies ARN and agencies and companies associated with this Promotion for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize or part thereof and the winner's or any other person's participation in the Promotion and use of the Prize except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law. ARN will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this Promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of ARN including, without limitation, technical malfunctions or failures.
ARN and agencies and companies associated with the Promotion accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of the prize. Independent financial advice should be sought prior to entering the Promotion.
ARN and agencies and companies associated with this Promotion will take no responsibility for any part of the prize damaged or lost in transit.
Where the prize is supplied by an entity outside of the Promoter's control and that entity fails, for whatever reason, to supply the prize, the Promoter has no responsibility for the provision of the prize and is not obliged to supply an alternative prize or to take legal action to require the prize supplier to supply the prize.
The winner may also be required to participate in a photo, video and/or film session and acknowledges that ARN and Insurance Australia Limited has the right to use such publicity photos, videos and/or films online on the station websites and/or social media.
